Goods lift for moving goods and passengers safely and efficiently Multi-passenger transport with ESCORTA - special option only from Lödige The ESCORTA goods lift is the ideal solution for easy vertical transportation in multi-level storage and production facilities. Thanks to its new certification (European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EG and DIN EN 81-41) multiple persons can now simply ride in the lift with their goods to the desired floor. This upgrade option ease the flow of goods and people, increases the level of comfort, making transporting goods between levels much easier and more pleasant. In its standard configuration, it has a load capacity of up to 3,000 kilograms and a lifting height of up to 18 meters (with two to six stopping points). The ESCORTA lift can be individually configured in great detail in terms of size, lifting height, materials and look. Cabin dimensions can vary greatly, with length, width and height each reaching nearly three meters.

The almost maintenance-free modusAOI MCS18/42-Inline was specially developed for transport conveyor modules in production lines. Existing lines can easily be retrofifitted with this system. The small, cost effective system comes with a 18 or 42 megapixels camera, control unit, modus software and led lighting inclusive controller. Pneumatic medium-pressure conveyor systems For the conveying of filtered-out materials such as wooden splinters and wood dust or for the conveying of products in the derived timber products industry with large conveying quantities over great distances. Pneumatic medium-pressure conveyor systems are economical, reliable and enable flexible adaptations to individual conveying routes. The conveying air stream is generated by a rotary piston compressor. As opposed to fans, these have almost vertical characteristic curves; i.e. the volumetric flow rate remains almost constant as the pressure in the conveying system increases. This ensures safe material transport. Special cellular wheel sluices are necessary for channelling the conveying material into the conveying stream, such as knife gates for derived timber products. Cyclones, filters or combinations of the two are used to separate the conveying material from the conveying stream. The economical conveying lengths lie between around 150 and 750 m. The loading of the conveying stream can amount to up to 5 kg/m³ and essentially depends on the grain size, density and form of the material to be conveyed.

For standard size tanks a reliable transportation can be ensured by our own trucks with mounted hydraulic cranes. Special transports with extra wide loads, overlengths and large component heights are possible with our cooperate partners. Due to the near domestic port, apparatus of larger dimensions can be transported to the desired destination by ship.
