WIWOX® MT micro blasters are used for precise blasting with blasting nozzles from 0.4 – 1.8 mm. Surfaces can be smoothed, matted, deburred or cleaned. All mineral media, e.g. glass beads, broken glass, corundum, silicon carbide in the grain size range from 0 to 300 mμ serve as blasting media. The abrasive is used only once. The blasted surface is reproducible. Only a compressed air connection is required to operate the equipment. Micro-Tip fine blast units are suitable as portable free blast units or in combination with a blast cabinet. Micro-Tip fine blasting technology is available as a pressure or injector process. All units are equipped with foot pedal, pressure regulator, manometer and carbide nozzles.

We offer an extensive range of drum and barrel heaters and container heaters: Heating jackets, silicone drum heaters, base drum heaters and insulating but unheated drum jackets and lids for heating and insulating plastic and metal drums respectively containers. According to the destined application we use polyester, silicone, teflon and glass fibre for our drum heaters and container heaters. Some of the materials are coated and multi-layered resp. combined. Our drum heaters can be used individually and in combination and can be ordered and delivered online (shop.freek.de) for all standard drum sizes (25 / 50 / 105 / 200 litres). Of course, we also manufacture our heating jackets, heating sleeves, base heaters and insulating bonnets individually to fit your container and your special application. It works according to the suction system, in which the blasting agent is sucked in the nozzle head by the compressed air (injector effect). The blown abrasive is filled into the sand container for re-use via the built-in insert vibrating screen and fed to the blasting nozzle. Depending on the desired surface, all dry blasting agents can be used, such as slag abrasives, glass beads, corundum, silicon, glass grain, chilled sand, etc.
