The SF Filtration System is a systematically designed scheme that allows execution of filtering tasks continuously, with stable pressure rating and processing momentum. This mechanism includes an integration of short flow channels that reassure minimized dwelling period of the melt within the system. The screen modification procedure is carried out without product quality alteration.

This protective sleeve is particularly robust and has two contact sides in this version for work on both sides. Both contact sides are coated with secutex. They are extremely resistant and minimize the buildup of wrinkles in the textile. Use of the protective sleeve is no longer necessary.

The secutex protective sleeve is optimally coordinated from a technical standpoint for the spanset lashing belt programme or the spanset round slings. The contact side is coated with secutex. It is extremely resistant and minimizes the buildup of wrinkles in the textile. The secutex protective sleeve with singlesided coating can be easily pushed over lifting equipment and protects against damage caused by “sharp edges” and the rough edges of the lifting equipment and the load at the same time.

Cellular rubber made by KOPP is the ideal material for sealing, insulating, insulating, dampening and as rattle protection. Cellular rubber is a porous, closed-cell rubber quality that is available in various strengths and densities. It is manufactured using the so-called expansion process - based on natural and/or synthetic rubbers, such as EPDM and other synthetic elastomers. Cellular rubber is airtight and waterproof and therefore (unlike foam rubber) does not require an outer skin to be used as a seal. The piping system consists of high-quality NiroSan® SF press fittings with red moulded sealing rings made of FKM and NiroSan® stainless steel system pipes according to EN 10312. Specially made for all applications that require silicone free components. Silicone-free moulded sealing rings are ideally suited to applications such as varnishing and painting industries. All NiroSan® SF press fittings are made of the material 1.4404 / AISI 316L (for moulded fittings) and 1.4408 (for threaded fittings and stainless steel precision castings). The material contains a minimum of 2.3 % molybdenum and a lower carbon content than the conventional steel quality 316. Thereby these materials are not only of equal value but in addition, material 1.4404 / 316L stands out on account of its considerably higher corrosion resistance.  Certified in accordance with all relevant national and European certification bodies.
