In doing so we realize small lot sizes and short-term delivery dates. Upon request we also introduce customer-oriented warehousing also in your company. Apart from the many advantages you can save time and money. We provide: KTG screws for thermoplastic materials: single pass thread or double pass thread (high/low); head shapes with cross or 6-star (similar Torx). Tapping screws: longitudinal slot, cross slot, cross-head-combination slot or 6-star (similar Torx). DIN 7981, 7982, 7983 or to the new ISO standards; special tip-styles, e.g. with with pressed washer. Combination screws with undetachably washers: According to DIN 6901. Self-tapping screws: According to DIN 7500. Fields of application: For thermoplastics, duroplastics, light alloys, metal compounds. Nipples available in numerous variants and lengths 3 types of nipples The nipple product group is divided into three different types: Standard pipe nipple concentric pipe nipple eccentric pipe nipple Different endings Nipples are available with a thread or without a thread on one / both sides. The variant without thread can be delivered with beveld or plan end. Nipples can be supplied with the following threads: NPT thread according to ANSI B 16.11 BSP thread according to ANSI B 16.11 G thread according to DIN ISO 228 R thread according to DIN 2999 like BEP.

Thread fittings according to ANSI B 16.11 Straight from our warehouse We always have numerous versions of threaded fittings (ANSI B 16.11) available in our extensive warehouse in Kamen. We can also supply you at short notice. We only deliver goods of European origin. Standards and special requests We supply threaded fittings as standard in two pressure levels (3000 lbs and 6000 lbs) and in all common materials. We can also supply 9000 lbs and special materials if required.

It is possible, for example, to deliver A 105 screw connections with a bronze-steel seat. Internal / external thread and SW ends All threads are available as internal / external threads (male / female). Furthermore, the screw connections can also be supplied with SW ends (socked weld). The combination of the different ends is also possible. Screw connections according to ANSI B 16.11 are always 3-part and have a metallic-conical seal.

Metric: Screws from M2 x 10 – M30 x 1000 with thread (up to 100 mm long). Compliant with DIN, EN, ISO, or according to drawings and samples. Plates: From ST 2.9 x 19 – ST 6.3 x 160 / 80 mm with thread (up to 80 mm long). Compliant with DIN, EN, ISO, or according to drawings and samples. KTG screws for plastics: 30-degree thread (OEB Kunst). KTG 3 x 10 mm – KTG 8 x 160 mm with thread (up to 60 mm long). DIN 7500 thread grooving screws: For die casting, zinc or aluminium. M3 x 20 – M10 x 160 mm with thread (up to 50-60 mm long) (OEB Furch). DIN 7513 – DIN 7516 thread cutting screws: For die casting, zinc or aluminium. M3 x 20 – M10 x 160 mm with thread (up to 50-60 mm long) (OEB Schneid). Other thread types: With-Worth, HiLo, UNC/UNF, double-start, triple-start.

Simply headed articles (screws and bolts) with diameters ranging from 1.5 to 6 mm and a length of up to 650 mm. Possible materials: Regular steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, light metals. Available with all standard surfaces.

During re-machining, a cutting tool is used to remove material from a workpiece in order to shape or surface it as required. We offer re-machining (turning, twisting) as wage work. The following machining operations we offer: Turn thin stem, pins and tips Screw punctures, approaches and undercuts Heads of screws / cold shaped parts machining process (turning) further machining operations are possible on request. Our curve-controlled automatic Audrema lathes offer you further possibilities of finishing cold-moulded parts. These automatic lathes are designed to achieve maximum precision and reproducibility at high throughputs. Short loading and unloading times permit economical production of medium-sized and large series.

The economic adjustment to small batch sizes, we meet with our turned parts for the direct assembly in plastics and die-cast products. Any thread forms such as, thread-tapping (DIN7500), thread cutting (DIN 7513-7516) or KTG for direct screw in plastics are realized cost-effectively. Advantage is the elimination of high tooling costs, since no counter-thread in the workpiece (eg threaded inserts, nuts, etc.) is required because the direct assembly takes place directly into the workpiece. Only a given tube is required in order to screw it directly. Our turned parts replace previously cold formed parts used (so-called multi-station presses) which require high output volumes in order to achieve a reasonable price parts.
