Segment dies for the labelling of bars or the like with various texts for adding – depending on customer requirement. A catalogue cannot be provided, as the dies are produced to customer requirement as a rule. Head treatment is carried out in accordance with the purpose.

The further development of our deburring grinding plates are our patented deburring segments FAPI-FLEX-SAT (patent no. DE20304860 U1). These advanced deburring segments were developed in collaboration with the company Timesavers from the Netherlands. Fast, safe and clean deburring or edge rounding of sheet metal parts is no longer a problem when using these tools. Deburring grinding segments can also be individually adapted depending on the application. We would be pleased to advise you on which deburring discs can be used in your processing, in order to achieve top process results. Please note, other trim types are available upon request!

The integrat 80 is used for the modular temperature control with water up to 140°C in the basic version with up to six temperature control circuits to be operated completely independently of each other. The basic version can be expanded with extension columns and up to 24 temperature control modules. As an option, the temperature control circuits can be extended with the 4-way distributor vtc with flow and temperature measurement. Thus, a maximum of 96 temperature control circuits can be monitored with the vtc 4-way distribution system. In conjunction with the standard heating control system used as standard, a homogeneous temperature profile on the mould cavity surface is achieved in an extremely energy-efficient manner, as well as with constant cooling by using a motor valve. As an option, the pumps can also be operated with frequency control unit. This improves the procedural results and contributes to energy savings.

Arc magnet is one of the basic shapes of Neodymium magnet, also called segment magnet, they are widely used for electric motors, PM motors and generators in the electrical engineering and electric vehicles etc. Arc magnet can be made with high Hcj materials to match special motor applications, it can be consistency for torque performance and ground to meet high precision and concentric requirements.

Precise even with low strip tension The segment rolls were developed specially for use in stretch bending levellers. The extremely free-running measuring rings permit high-precision shape measurement even with very low strip tensions. A rigid tubular section which forms the shaft of the roll supports several pivotably mounted measuring rings. They form the outer shell of the measuring roll over which the strip passes. Force sensors inside the measuring rings detect the force resulting from the strip tension. The sensors have high resolution, are overload-proof and maintenance-free. The data are transmitted through the centre axis of the roll and output as a Profibus signal.

The grinding and the combustion of natural resources such as wood and coal for energy production causes abrasive and thermal wear and decreases the service time of its wearing parts. For problems we offer you a consistent solution: we develop and supply ready to install wear-cast-parts made out of heat resisting gray cast iron, highly heat resisting stainless steel casting and wear resisting heat treatable steel. The use of CS-specific-materials results in a higher service life. Our grate bars can be found in roller grates, feed grates, traveling grates or horizontal grates. The development and manufacturing of water-cooled grate bars is also part of our product line. Our services include the preinstallation of single grate lines in order to check the dimensional stability and quality. We can also offer customer specific solutions for the entry area and the outrun area of rotary kilns in the field of grinding tools and crushing tools.
