Compact filters are characterised by the fact that they essentially unite fan, filter element and discharge or dust collection facility in one. The capacity range of the compact filters extends up to 20,000 m³/h. Different systems and modes of operation are available for the individual assemblies, resulting in a large number of possible variants. This allows us to offer a large range of solutions for dedusting tasks. Based on our many years of experience, we select the filter media from those available on the market that are best suited for the most diverse types of dust and tasks. Filter hoses, filter bags, filter tubes and filter cartridges are used as filter elements. Cleaning takes place using compressed air impulse, low-pressure purge-air or shaking. Fans from own development and production enable us to design a highly efficient and precise layout. Discharge usually takes place directly into collecting containers, such as dustbins with snap fasteners, or into containers, big bags, or via discharge mechanisms into automatic disposal systems. Screw conveyors, drag conveyors, rotary systems, cellular wheel sluices, double-gate sluices and slidegate valves are available as discharge mechanisms. Intelligent control systems, piping elements, silencers and pre-coating devices for auxiliary dusts are standard items in the range. Naturally we also use our know-how to create needs-based custom solutions.

The core-layer mat former (pocket orienter) deals with the material ow from the metering bin infeed, the bin discharge front up to the orienter underneath. We use the FinFormer, which orients the strands crosswise to production direction. Distribution rollers form parts of the FinFormer, orienting the core-layer strands homogeneously in longitudinal and crosswise directions onto the forming belt underneath. The FinFormer is suitable for all strand geometries. Depending on the requirements one or two mat formers are used. The surface-layer mat former (disc orienter) deals with the material ow from the metering bin infeed, the bin discharge front up to the orienter underneath. We usually employ a disc orienter to create surface layers as it enables high orienting degrees. These, in turn, are important to meet the relevant standard requirements for MOR and MOE in the boards’ main axes. The TransiTec discharge and metering device type DZR is a flat-bottom discharge device which is placed under cylindrical hoppers. The scraper arms provide for the flow of material and the continious feed of the dosing device(s) underneath. The discharge unit DZR can be installed under bag unloading stations as well as under container emptying stations, big bag emptying stations or buffer hopper. This discharge device for poor flowing and bridbuilding bulk materials consists of a cylindrical hopper with welded or boltet flat bottom. The cylindrical hopper ensures that the product flows evenly. An over the flat bottom rotating scraper, driven by geared motor, ensures a constant filling of the underlying dosing device or other aggregate (conveyor, screw, rotary valve, etc.).
