Versatile and innovative curved linear guides with radial ball bearing rollers. The curvilinear guides are available in different versions, with constant or variable radius. Compact Rail is a linear system consisting of steel linear rails with induction hardened raceways and high precision radial ball bearing sliders, also made of hardened steel. Thanks to their self-aligning capabilities, Compact Rail linear guides simplify the project, improve the performance and reduce the overall cost of application. Compact Rail linear guides are easy to install on all types of surfaces, including non-machined ones. Compact Rail linear guides feature a robust steel slider with ball bearings, self-centering heads with wipers, longitudinal seals to protect the internal components and a top sealing strip. The slider body is accurately finished with matte longitudinal edge chamfer and a shining ground flat surface. The slider heads are equipped with special slow release felt pads and are free to rotate with respect to the slider body, so that the felts are always in contact with the raceways to ensure optimal lubrication.

Uniline System is a family of pre-assembled linear units boasting a compact size and high speed ensured by the COMPACT RAIL roller bearings, mounted on a self-sustaining extruded aluminum profile. The linear units are driven by a steel reinforced polyurethane belt system. The horizontal seals and the raceway cleaners fitted on both ends of the carriage ensure full protection from dirt. TRAPOROL’s particularly versatile roller rails with their narrow dimensions are ideally suited to the intralogistic conveying of light, flat-lying goods such as cartons and storage containers. The pal­let roller edge is the most eco­nom­i­cal solu­tion for cross pal­let trans­port. It is main­ly used for flow racks and flow stor­age. The sup­port­ing pro­file is made of steel with high flex­ing and tor­sion­al strength. Hole lines (two) in the bot­tom of the pro­file are des­ig­nat­ed to fix the edge on a sup­port­ing con­struc­tion. The ball bear­ings of the gal­va­nized steel sup­port rollers are main­te­nance free and have a long lifecycle. The injector-glass-blasting cabin is operated by hand with a gun. A blast-collecting collector ensures a smooth blasting circuit within the system. With the help of roller rails, as well as through-slots (on the side and in the roof surface with special brushes against the penetration of dust), surface treatment of glass panes is easy. On the front side there is an easy-open loading door for radiating hollow glass bodies. A work grate and two shock-proof long-field lamps (for glare-free illumination of the blasting chamber) guarantee a smooth workflow. The foot switch as well as the drain cup on the blasting agent funnel, an attached control box with pressure reducing valve and pressure gauge, motor protection switch, on / off button, solenoid valve, control lights, switches for interior lighting, main switch, emergency stop switch and support control ensure uncomplicated operation.
