Covered leathers are usually sanded and then finished with a covering layer of color. In the last step, the leather is embossed. Due to the strong finish, these leathers are particularly insensitive to dirt and easy to clean.

This is a full-grain leather. The surface is treated with a light layer of paint, which makes it more resistant to contamination. However, the natural character of this leather is preserved.

These are vegetabil tanned leathers. The tanning is carried out with vegetable extracts and is therefore environmentally friendly. The leather is manufactured exclusively in Europe. We offer blank leather in various thicknesses, as necks and sides.

These leathers are produced based on our requirements on a regular basis. Our regular leathers are defined as corrected leathers as well.

The large maturing store is for storing and maturing the boards. The fully automated system with aisle vehicle and accompanying satellites is responsible for the stack transport. The aisle vehicle moves the stack in one direction and the satellites assume the task of transporting them into the rack aisles. The size depends on the required storage capacity and on local circumstances. The aisle vehicles are responsible for transfer movements, the satellites pick the stacks up or move them into the individual aisles. The boards to be coated are fed to the raw-board-handling section where they are separated to allow their surfaces to be cleaned. Features, function A forklift truck is used to place the board stacks on to a roller table from where roller conveyors or horizontal transfer carriages equipped with roller conveyors transport them to one of the two separating station's places. A suction carriage removes the top board from the stack and places it on a conveyor that takes it to the surface-cleaning machine. Advantages The two redundant stacking places allow the short-cycle press to be supplied without interruption. They make it possible to feed new stacks of boards without the need to shut the machine down
