The EcoMaster ZWG has a reliable, multistage intermediate gearbox with additional overdrive function. This makes it possible to minimise fuel consumption at any time by working at a low engine speed. This means that the right machine size is always available for every application. In the additionally available overdrive, the machine's engine is in the optimum consumption range with maximum output at the same time. This offers the full litre output with a comparably low fuel consumption. Noise emission is considerably reduced by the speed reduction. The shifting process is conveniently controlled via a display and takes place loadfree during operation.

STAUFF Systems Units are characterised by their extremely efficient filter elements which are rated to 0,5 micron. Specially designed for industrial hydraulic installations the STAUFF Offline Filters are available in single or double length configurations. The Offline Filter Units can easily be mounted to new and existing hydraulic installations. By means of an integrated motor/pump unit and an Offline Filter, the oil is pumped from the reservoir through the filter unit and after filtering the oil is then returned to the tank. The STAUFF Offline Filter System “Condition and Monitoring” OLS-CM has been specially developed for the elimination of dirt and water particles in hydraulic and lubrication systems. Versatile, turnkey diesel high-pressure pumping units Special applications require customised high-pressure systems, which KAMAT can provide from the initial project idea through to turnkey installation, with 100% of the manufacture taking place in-house. Depending on the application, our customers can choose from a range of drives, power transmission components, PLC controls, measuring systems, data transmission, remote controls, pneumatic and electric valve controls, chassis and sound insulation. However, the units are ready for use on the base frame on which they are delivered. KAMAT diesel-powered units are traditionally used in industrial cleaning and pressure testing, mining and water hydraulics, but special solutions for special fluids or to meet explosion protection requirements are also part of the KAMAT range. It makes no difference whether the customer requires a mobile or stationary unit.

For special applications, individual high-pressure systems are required, which KAMAT can provide from the initial project idea to the turnkey installation, with 100% of the production taking place in-house. This also applies to electric high-pressure pumping units. Depending on the application, our customers can choose between different drives, power transmission components, PLC controls, measuring systems, data transmission, remote controls, pneumatic and electric valve controls, chassis and sound insulation equipment. Even the electrical units supplied on the base frame are fully operational and can be used directly by the customer. Electric units have the advantage of emission-free operation at extremely low noise levels. ATEX certified high pressure electric units can also be used in ATEX hazardous areas.

EFFICIENT CLEANING – INTUITIVE, ROBUST AND SEMI-AUTOMATIC IF REQUIREDWith a basket centrifuge from the ZM range, you get a robust and easy-to-operate unit for cleaning up to 1,000 litres of process water per hour. Separate up to 14 litres of sludge in a single cycle! The sludge basket is removed and emptied manually. A PLC is available for semi-automatic operation. Power units and Control Systems Ruhfus Systemhydraulik GmbH specialises in the production of special solutions in the field of hydraulic units for industrial use. In order to be able to optimise the product to meet your requirements, you will be supported during the whole project phase by our competent team. Ruhfus Systemhydraulik GmbH can supply hydraulic units with tank sizes of up to 10,000 litres capacity. For this we use DIN oil tanks but also special tanks that are individually adapted to your needs. Here it is immaterial whether the oil tank is made of steel, stainless steel or aluminium. For special designs such as table valves, tank support frames, supporting structures for motor pump units and many more special components connected with your hydraulic unit we are of course likewise the right people to contact. For each of our hydraulic units, 3D models are generated beforehand which can be made available to you. From these you can plan earlier the field piping, possible foundations or building and also transport or other matters in detail. For the drives of our hydraulic units we use standard electric motors with a power of up to 80 kW. On request the motors can also be equipped with a frequency converter. As the valve technology, as well as the oil supply unit, are always subject to customer-specific requirements, limits are always hard to define here. As far as possible only two limits should not be exceeded, on the one hand a maximum volume flow of 275 l/min and on the other a maximum system pressure of 315 bar. Furthermore we can offer you the supply of a complete system of cylinder and hydraulic unit to electric control.
