Desiccant dehumidifier TTR 400 The mobile dehumidifier TTR 400: Maximized performance with minimized dimensions and weight Despite its impressive dehumidification performance even at low dew points, the TTR 400 is compact and therefore well suited for mobile use. That makes this dehumidifier a universal solution for keeping dry and process air conditioning for industrial applications, for protection against corrosion and condensation in waterworks and pump stations, for anti-corrosion measures during standstills, for sandblasting and corrosion protection work as well as for applications in the building industry. In all applications, the advanced electronic Monoventic air volume regulation of the TTR 400 allows infinite, demand-oriented regulation of the required dry air volume.

ELKON Concrete Recycling Plant consists of a concrete discharge bin equipped with a shower system for washing waste concrete, a recycling unit separating coarse aggregates from the mixture and a pool where waste water discharges into. There is also an agitator which prevents the cement particles from sinking in the pool where the recycled water is stored. The pool where waste water is stored can be made from concrete underground or optionally 20 m³ capacity on ground water tank can be supplied. Thus the system can be installed on the ground level without any underground foundation. With optionally presented mobile concrete pump washing station, truck mixer and mobile concrete pump can be washed at the same time in ELKON Concrete Recycling Plant.

EFFICIENT CLEANING – INTUITIVE, ROBUST AND SEMI-AUTOMATIC IF REQUIREDWith a basket centrifuge from the ZM range, you get a robust and easy-to-operate unit for cleaning up to 1,000 litres of process water per hour. Separate up to 14 litres of sludge in a single cycle! The sludge basket is removed and emptied manually. A PLC is available for semi-automatic operation. CENTRIFUGES IN TWO CONFIGURATIONS The ZM basket centrifuge is available in two configurations to meet your requirements. The ZM 03-ECO 1 is perfectly suited for use on a single mass finishing machine in standard applications and island solutions. For two to three mass finishing machines, the ZM 03-FL is the ideal choice. You can of course retrofit application-specific options like a pump station and recooling unit. Efficiency and quality of this innovative cleaning system are impressive, from the three-dimensional small parts to large format workpieces in large batch sizes. The performance of the CO2 ice jet is especially convincing when cleaning plastic workpieces. The shown surface plant offers optimum noise emission values of approx. 80dB(A) due to the patented noise protection system comprising follower-type bulkhead partitions. A cleaning jet consisting of a mix of compressed air, CO 2 and CO 2 ice particles causes the soiling on the surface to become brittle. The thermal tension loosens cohesion and detaches the soiling from the workpiece surface. The cleaning jet guarantees the removal of soiling without residue. The DUST FREE and PERFECT applications optimally meet the requirements of the subsequent downstream surface quality, offering maximum thoroughness from dust removal through to cleaning. This process allows gentle cleaning of virtually all components, therefore, it is an alternative to aqueous power washing. Patented detail solutions form the basis for this mature system technology. Small workpieces are reliably held in place by the special hold-down system. The Venjakob pump station developed for this task guarantees the process reliable supply of liquid CO 2 from a low pressure tank system to the cleaning module. A clear advantage of the CO 2 cleaning system over the conventional aqueous cleaning process is its relatively small space requirement.
