IDS 30 OIL HEATER FANMobile heating power on wheels: The IDS 20 D direct heaters for fast, uncomplicated heating With robust design, the oil heater IDS 30 has everything you need for an economic and effective heating application. This device from the IDS pro series is very flexible. On the one hand, its carriage with big wheels enables a quick transport and easy set-up even on building sites and uneven terrain. On the other hand, there is no need for an external oil tank because of the integrated fuel container. The oil heater fan is originally "Made in Europe" and as standard equipped with electronic flame trap, safety thermostat for overheating protection and fully automatic after-cooling. Additionally, the double-walled housing with protective coating increases safety at work by minimizing the surface temperature of the outer casing and thus the risk of injuries and further offers an effective soundproofing.

IDS 80 OIL HEATER FANThe robust IDS 80 oil fan heater for fast, uncomplicated heating - mobile heating power on wheels This oil heater fan of the IDS pro series is especially suitable for longer heating applications, because it is possible to connect an external oil tank in addition to the integrated fuel container. The double-walled housing with protective coating ideally absorbs sound, minimizes surface temperature and thus the risk of injuries. Electronic flame trap, safety thermostat for overheating protection and fully automatic after-cooling are further safety measures. The carriage and big wheels provide sufficient flexibility. Especially when working on building sites, the location can simply be changed. The oil heater fan IDS 80 further comes with a connection facility for an air transport hose and a two-way hose distributor.

For very „sharp edges“ the coated lifting strap is preferable since it reliably prevents movement over the edge. We offer two different types of fixed coating. The secutex fixed coating protects the single sided secutex coating against cuts to the loadbearing textile.The reverse side is protected against abrasion and dirt by the Powerflex thin coating. The lifting straps with secutex fixed coatings are very flexible and easytouse. The twosided fixed coating provides allround protection to the lifting strap, offering double security. This means that both sides can be used as contact sides. Dangerous mixups are now a thing of the past.

Fixed protective sleeve with movable fixed coating The new patentprotected secumove coating combines the advantages of a protective sleeve and a sleeve with a fixed coating. The protective secutex coating is firmly attached to a loop of the lifting strap. The other end of the lifting strap slides freely through the sleeve and is used to equalise the lengths. secumove thereby ensures that there is no movement over “sharp edges”. No movement, no wear when nothing moves, nothing becomes worn. The service life of the newlydeveloped secumove coating is therefore significantly increased, even when used with rough loads. secumove is optionally also available with proven metal plate reinforcement for “critically sharp edges“. For these heavy duty loads, we recommend specialist onsite advice. Important uses include, for example, the careful lifting of loadbearing trusses or sheet packages and coils. secumove is not suitable for turning.

The thin coating has a high friction coefficient and therefore an antislip protection. The permanent coating is an alternative to conventionally used antislip mats. The secugrip coating is inseparable from the wood.

The secutex protective sleeve is optimally coordinated from a technical standpoint for the spanset lashing belt programme or the spanset round slings. The contact side is coated with secutex. It is extremely resistant and minimizes the buildup of wrinkles in the textile. The secutex protective sleeve with singlesided coating can be easily pushed over lifting equipment and protects against damage caused by “sharp edges” and the rough edges of the lifting equipment and the load at the same time.

secutex has developed the new “TopDrain” structure surface for lifting wet or oily components. Most of the damages at sharp or rough edges are caused by the movement of the load across the sling. In the case of loads with a “sharp edge” or with a very rough surface, a protective sleeve or fixed coating must be used to protect the textile lifting sling. If the load moves sideways, a cutting movement on the edge is the result. Similar to a knife blade, the edge can cut through the fibers of the textile sling. The new “TopDrain” surface drainage provides good adhesion of the protective sleeves and the coated lifting slings even on wet and oily materials. The liquid can drain off into the surface hollows and the load lies securely in the lifting sling. The “TopDrain” structure works like a drainage and ensures the frictional connection of the secutex coating to the load.

This very compact thin layer surrounds the lifting strap either on a single side or completely. It is extremely wearresistant and ideal for very rough surfaces. The Powerflex coating provides additional protection to the textile against dirt and the penetration of foreign particles.

Pickled and oiled Steel is meticulously cleaned using sulfuric or hydrochloric acid baths, followed by a protective oil coating to prevent oxidation. This type of steel is ideal for applications requiring strength and rigidity, such as machinery manufacturing, automotive side industries, and construction.
