The “casing” sector for the electro and electronics industry was developed as a result of demand from the lighting industry for transformer housing for NV lights. Here we can emphasise our housings for electronic mounting devices. Individual customer requirements can be realized cost-efficiently by using insert adapters. RK tube connector – unbeatable variety Thanks to their simple clamping principle, the aluminium tube connectors enable the fast assembly of both round and square precision tubes. The huge diversity of this system is what makes it an attractive and cost-effective alternative to conventional welded connections. Our application expertise and the experience we have gained over several decades as a manufacturer of clamp connectors give you security for individual handling of RK tube connection systems. Connecting tubes with different diameters and cross sections to one another The cast aluminium or extruded aluminium tube connectors impress with good mechanical properties, a wide range of variants and optimum value for money. The Solid Clamps product range currently comprises clamp connectors with a diameter of 8-80 mm for round tubes and of 20-80 mm for square tubes. More than 170 basic types in over 400 different variations are available.

Our thermal management and insulation products are far from being just interim solutions. The Thermal Interface Materials (TIM) from Seifert electronic GmbH ensure optimal thermal connection between heat sinks and the components to be cooled. As electronic assemblies become increasingly compact, even a tiny gap between individual components can disrupt the necessary heat dissipation. Air pockets between the heat sink and the component being cooled hinder the optimal thermal connection. Possible consequences include temperature overload, which can lead to overheating in the worst-case scenario. Thermal management and insulation products act as connectors between the heat sink and the electronic component being cooled. They fill every tiny gap between the heat sink and semiconductor with thermally conductive material. This ensures optimal thermal connection and prevents any heat buildup.

Modern automation solutions need universal communication cabling for the differentnetworks. High speed connectors are demanded in the circuit between the office world and the production level. The M12x1 X-coded connectors have been developed for such applications. These components are designed for transmission technology according to CAT6A and 500 MHz/10 Gigabit, and are standardised to IEC 61076-2-109. The X-coded connectors have 4 shielded pairs, for reliable high speed data transfer, and industrial grade materials for harsh environments, all in the small M12 connector.
