The Loresta GX is used to measure conductors and semiconductors in the lower resistance range. Measuring range: 10^-4 – 10^7 Ω. The Loresta-GX works according to the 4-pin measuring method. The method is based on the four-wire method and was developed to eliminate the influence of contact resistance. The measuring heads consist of four needle-like electrodes. UV radiation dryers are particularly suitable for UV-hardening paints. Ultraviolet drying process UV drying is a polymerisation process which is triggered by UV light. The process is primarily used for drying flat substrates, wood and furniture paints, overprint varnish on paper, printing inks etc. The process is environmentally compatible and of a particularly high quality. UV paint would never dry without UV light.

Prior to coating plastic workpieces, they can be flame heated using a gas burner to improve adherence. This is not a heat treatment but rather a selective utilisation of the chemical effect of the gas flame. Naturally, we also offer further pretreatment equipment, such as the plasma treatment for example. During flame heating, the surface is briefly subjected to the direct effect of a gas flame fed with extra oxygen. This causes the breaking of molecular bonds in the surface of the substrate to be treated, and the binding of active ions, mainly OH and COOH groups existing in the flame. In this manner, polar groups, enabling the secure bonding of printing inks, lacquers/paints, adhesives, etc. are created in the originally nonpolar material. Due to the formation of polar groups, the surface energy of the treated substrate increases to a measurable amount.

EBS-7200 is a fast, single-head industrial printer of the type "INK-JET" (ink drop ejection) which can be used for non-contact marking of objects that move for example on a belt conveyor. The marking speed of this printer is exceptional. It is 46% faster than the 6500 and 6800 and is therefore designed for marking tasks that require an exceptionally high marking speed. The device is designed for printing with different coloured dye inks (i.e. homogeneous, pigment-free inks).
