The INFICON Vacuum Gauge Display VGD500 connects to our CDG product line to provide a 4 Digit Display. It`s a small unit which Displays the pressure of the gauge. The pressure reading is selectable in pressure unit Torr, mTorr, mbar and Pa.

The µCAN.4.sg-F1 is the universal measurement module for the acquisition of analogue standard signals. The module is equipped to measure strain gauge full brigde signals in four-wire technology at an adjustable sample rate of up to 1 kHz per input (4 kHz overall sample rate). The bridge is excited directly from the module with a ratiometric measurement.4-wire technology.

Cutter Pumps The cutter pumps of the series SPC are desinged to handle and reliably cut long, stringy plastic chips. Because of the higher number of cutting blades which results in an increased cutting frequency all chips are being consistenly cut in small pieces. Cutter Pumps The cutter pumps of the series SXC are designed to handle low alloyed steels, machining steel and cast iron / aluminum combinations. Chips can also be in the shape of birds nests or chip bundles. The chips must be supplied to the suction mouth of the pump. The chips are being picked up by the agitator then broken up, if necessary, and then cut and delivered by the pump. The SXC pumps are equipped with the user-friendly 45 degree flange connection which allows for either vertical or horizontal pipe connection and the connection of a pressure gauge with G 1/4. Vertical End Suction Pumps are centrifugal inline pumps with a compact design where the impeller is mounted onto the extended motor shaft. These pumps are not self-priming and must be gravity fed. Adjustable Pressure Gauge Snubber

The housing is made of folded stable sheet steel and welded. In the cabins 2 workports with built-in rubber sleeves (easily exchangeable) are incorporated. The cabin is equipped with a blast hose, nozzle holder and nozzle 1 made of hard metal. For the different requirements are made of hard metal nozzle with a diameter of 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm or 1.2 mm for selection. All blasting medium-pressure vessel (1 - 3 Tank System) have a volume of 2 kg and provided with a closure cap. In all systems, a pressure reducing valve and a pressure gauge for setting a constant jet pressure, and compressed air supply are fitted with plug-in nipple. All systems are equipped with a pneumatic foot switch for turning on and displaying the blasting process.

The CETATEST 715 series includes fully automatic working leak tester for the detection of untight parts within the cycle time of the production process. The leak tester uses a gauge pressure sensor and has a large measurement range. Therefore the CETATEST 715 is especially qualified for the simple testing of parts with large leakages, as they occur in the testing of valves. The test types "sealed component" and "dynamic pressure" can also be integrated.
