This treatment gives PROF2000 the same surface structure as post-painted extruded materials, so the two materials match seamlessly. It is commonly used for facade cladding, interior cladding for tunnels, as well as other industrial applications.

The material is available in a variety of colors that can work in a range of architectural applications. These colors last significantly longer than other competing materials, including concrete.

More ductile than most lock-welt materials, shaping of this aluminum standing-seam roofing can be done easily to match any architectural application. A wide range of colors and finishes are also available, so designers can be as creative as they wish, knowing what’s on paper can become reality.

Preformed silicone heaters are useful for diamters as small as 12 mm and up to 100 mm. Rounded silicone heaters are not possible with self-adhesive foil. Spiral Wrap Pre-Formed Silicone Rubber Heaters are suitable for tubes and flexible pipes and hoses with Ø 6,35 mm (1/4"). Spiral formed flex heaters can be used up to Ø 12 mm (the length of the stretchable silicone spiral wrap heater is reduced accordingly). The thickness of our spiral-wrapped silicone strip heaters is 2,2 mm. Also our gas and pump line heaters, most frequently used in the semi-conductor process, are shaped and pre-formed according to the object geometry to be heated. They are designed to regulate temperatures in order to prevent condensation in the line. Current applications here are Semi Conductors, Vacuum Chambers, Wafer Chucks, Valves, Exhaust & Pump Systems.

CSN® PreInsertion Resistors are used for limitation of transients during energisation process of transformers and HVDC VSC converter applications. CSN® Discharge Resistors are used for discharge of Capacitors, reactors and superconducting magnetic field coils. They are characterized by a high dielectric strength and energy absorption capacity. CSN® PreInsertion or Discharge Resistors are designed and manufactured individually to customer requirements and specific application.

In-line conveyor ovens: Pallets pass through the oven one after the other. Automatic batch ovens: The oven is charged with pallets while kept at a temperature below the gelation temperature. After the last pallet has been loaded, the temperature cycle is started for the whole lot. The oven is emptied in a rapid process after the complete temperature profile has been run through. Stack ovens: Pallets are loaded into the oven. When each row has been filled, all the rows of pallets are lifted up by one level. When one row of pallets has reached the uppermost position of a temperature range, it is pushed into the next temperature zone and from here is lowered down in fixed time cycles and unloaded.
