EOL test stand for e-charging columns and their power electronics for the simulation of different electrical loads and mains fluctuations. The test stand has automatic contacting and achieves high test throughputs in end-of-line operation. Different variants of the power electronics of electric charging columns can be tested. On the software side, Merecs Engineering relies on NI-LabVIEW and NI-TestStand.

The additional clamping unit makes even extreme forming feasible in one work sequence. The cutting before the axial tube forming is also possible, as well as the rollforming of a preformed geometry. That saves you valuable time. A strong partnership axial forming and rollforming. Our t form combination machines is the perfect union of axial and rolling tube processing, with up to 6 axial forming steps, two rollforming stations, two powered tool holders for flange orientation and an additional clamping unit. The horizontal clamping system makes the processing of bent tube geometries possible.

Fabric compensators are highly flexible and usually made of multi-ply fabric, offering excellent temperature resistance and chemical resistance depending on the particular design. Mainly used in pipe and conduit systems to compensate for axial, lateral and angular movements. One major advantage of this type of compensator is the low restoring forces. Special fabric materials permit temperatures of up to 1,000°C. Additional insulation can be used to resist temperatures of up to 1,600°C . Price Forecast EPEX SPOT Day-Ahead Auction (DE/AT Phelix) Our spot price forecast is calculated based on a multilevel and recursive KNN algorithm. The ProCom process starts by using influencing variables, based on the calendar, with the forecast of electricity consumption across Germany. Using this calculation and with consideration for wind and solar forecasts as well as peak and off-peak, we calculate the spot price forecast, accurate to the hour. Other relevant influencing variables include power station availability and fuel prices. An up-to-date price forecast is delivered daily at 5:30 am, 7:30 am, 10:15 am and 1:45 pm. The forecast horizon includes six days.
