In addition to filtration, compressed-air drying contributes significantly to an increase in process reliability. Humidity in compressed-air systems causes corrosion, and promotes the growth of micro-organisms. In individual cases, condensate emerges at the point of use - an ongoing danger for the operational flow, for example because of failing pneumatic controls, increased wear and tear or because of other disturbances in the production process. With considerably enhanced process reliability, the DRYPOINT dryer technology offers decisive advantages for every field of application. The BEKO TECHNOLOGIES portfolio comprises application-optimised refrigeration, adsorption and membrane dryers for volumes up to 1,500 m³/h. This range of dryers is completed by heat-regenerated EVERDRY adsorption dryers which are designed for large volume flows up to 20,000 m³/h.

If companies want to decide on a future-proof bus technology, comprehensive advice will be needed in the early stages of the development process. We mostly start with a MicroControl workshop or webinar which will then be followed by support and advice in the research and development stage. If the decision has been made for CANopen classic or FD, the MicroControl experts will work in close liaison with the customer to realise hardware and software for the desired application. In a following step, a prototype will be developed and manufactured – either by the customer or MicroControl. In the conceptual stage, the required technical specifications of the customer’s application are checked continually. We optimize the total quotation process and tailor our manufacturing to fulfil your requirements. We start with the widest possible product portfolio, offered in our selection software. Our Sales teams can provide non-standard, design-to-order, industrial or OEM solutions. It is a critical feature of our quotation and manufacturing process that we check the design at the earliest opportunity to avoid risk.

Kelvion Condensers and Gas Coolers are based upon modular designs. We offer various fan sizes, multiple speeds and suppliers, coupled with an extensive range of tube and fin profiles, to enable products to be tailored accurately to meet the application demands. The wide range of fan choices ensures that the optimal balance between air volume and capacity, operational noise levels and power consumption to meet market price levels are achieved. The tube and fins can be supplied in various materials, depending on the internal or external corrosion properties.

The Kelvion range of Commercial Air Coolers is designed for most refrigeration applications. In addition to predefined variants, there is the flexibility to include options and accessories to meet our customers’ demands. Their capacity and size are optimized to facilitate the stocking and competitive transportation of products directly, or via our distribution and wholesale channels. Commercial products are defined within the sales brochures, selection software and product configurator – all with specific price lists.
