Industrial desiccant dehumidifier TTR 5200 The TTR 5200 is a stationary high-performance desiccant dehumidifier impressing with a dehumidification performance of 698 kg / 24 h Keeping humidity perfectly under control Be it to prevent corrosion damage resulting from condensate, to ensure the best possible manufacturing quality of stored goods susceptible to moisture, to keep cooling zones free of ice or to accelerate drying processes as well as for the establishment of a climate-optimized production environment – the continuous provision of large dry air volumes even at very low dew points makes the constantly controllable TTR 5200 an ideal dehumidification solution for many industrial applications.

The new UNI Dicht TRI achieves the highest shielding attenuation values over the complete frequency range and convinces with a very high current carrying capacity for the reliable discharge of undesirably high shielding currents. The installation is simple and safe: only the cable sheath has to be removed at the contact point where the shielding braid is to be contacted. As soon as the cable is inserted into the cable gland, the TRI spring makes reliable contact with the cable shield, even in the case of non-circular or off-centre cables. In any case, this type of contacting from PFLITSCH means that the cable shield does not have to be exposed until directly at the connection point in the control cabinet. Because the shielding braid remains 100% intact, maximum shielding attenuation is achieved and the useful signals are transmitted without unnecessary interference from noise signals.

Pressure Boosting Pumps series TH and FH use closed impellers in order to minimize power consumption and to optimize hydraulic pump efficiencies. In addition, the TH series offers high pressures at short immersion depths. Inline pumps of the series FH can be used as boosting pumps if provided with positive inlet pressure. This inlet pressure can be provided by the central coolant supply or a feed pump. In such a setup, pumps of the series FH can raise the incoming pressure by up to 26 bar. A frequency converter can be supplied for special applications or for matching the pump characteristic to a specific duty point. Immersion Pumps Our multistage pump models TC25...TC460 have been especially developed to supply internally cooled tools with coolant fluid. Closed impellers provide optimal hydraulic efficiencies while minimizing power consumption. The DAIL fulfils the requirements of EN 1114-1 for overpressure protection of extrusion lines and offers maximum comfort of operation. The auto-zero function enables calibration directly on the device or from the observation point/controller. On the output side, the melt pressure transmitter provides a switch output in addition to the analog signal which enables switching off the machine in case of overpressure according to EN 13849-1, PL=c.
