Pneumatic Rotational Clamping Holding torque 76 Nm Direct clamping on the shaft: Rotation motions are prevented by the ACE models LOCKED R. Their clamping elements are available for shaft diameters of 50 to 340 mm and ensure maximum holding forces. The clamp is immediately applied by the diaphragm and spring-plate system when pressure is lost. Pneumatic quick-switch valves reduce the reaction times. The costs are low in comparison with hydraulic clamping systems. Their performance is, however, achieved or exceeded despite the compact and easy to assemble design. Special versions for YRT bearings as well as active clamping elements are additionally available. ACE recommends the use of the optional shaft flange as wear protection. The clamping force can be increased considerably by the use of the additional air function.

KAMAT's in-house manufactured control valves are the ideal solution when you are looking for a continuous, trouble-free solution for controlling the direction of fluid flow. The combination of our various valves, such as directional, on/off and switching valves, transforms complex tasks into easily controlled functions of your high pressure unit. All of our control solutions can be remotely controlled using either electric, hydraulic, mechanical or pneumatic access, making our solutions even more versatile and adaptable to different demanding environments. All of these solutions can be manufactured using special materials, further enhancing their versatility and making them suitable for use in combination with demanding media such as chemicals.

KAMAT pressure relief valves for our high pressure pumps ensure optimum working pressure at all times. They can be configured to control pressure either by mechanical pre-adjustment or by remote pneumatic control. We are also able to manufacture many of our pressure relief valves in special materials, making them ideal for the process industry. In addition, our control rods are made from ceramic or stellite, making all our valves highly wear resistant.

Multi-consumer valves distribute the output of the high-pressure pump evenly or as required to several high-pressure blasting tools. KAMAT offers two valves for this purpose: the mobile dual consumer control and the MVS4 multi-consumer control. When the consumer is opened, both controls open the valve and when the consumer is closed, the valve is closed. When all valves are closed, the controls switch off the pressure generation. The dual-user control is used to control one or two high-pressure consumers, such as high-pressure guns. The dual-user control is available with pneumatically or electrically controlled valves. The consumer and the high-pressure plunger pump have a corresponding control option. The dual consumer control and the consumer are connected by an electrical switch.

For special applications, individual high-pressure systems are required, which KAMAT can provide from the initial project idea to the turnkey installation, with 100% of the production taking place in-house. This also applies to electric high-pressure pumping units. Depending on the application, our customers can choose between different drives, power transmission components, PLC controls, measuring systems, data transmission, remote controls, pneumatic and electric valve controls, chassis and sound insulation equipment. Even the electrical units supplied on the base frame are fully operational and can be used directly by the customer. Electric units have the advantage of emission-free operation at extremely low noise levels. ATEX certified high pressure electric units can also be used in ATEX hazardous areas.

Magnetic coupling is widely used in various fields such as magnetic drive of sealing vacuum of metering pump of polyurethane foamer, magnetic drive of pneumatic ball valve, magnetic drive of stirring reactor, etc. to prevent leakage of raw gas. Magnetic coupling is mostly used in high vacuum, high cleanliness, poisonous, corrosive, or harsh environment to transfer power from the driving shaft to the driven shaft. Because of the use of isolation seal sleeve, dynamic seal into static seal, zero leakage can be achieved.

Our high pressure valves of the JB- series are specially designed for the metered spraying of liquids with a high proportion of solids. The completely dead space free construction leads the medium directly past the valve seat. Deposits and blockages, as known from many spraying systems, are a foreign word to us at Jerko. Compact design with low maintenance - these are the valves of the JB series! Pneumatically actuated, the valves achieve the shortest response times. 15 million switching cycles without repair have been confirmed by a customer.
