The pumps of the 3 series deliver operating pressures up to 250 bar and volumetric flow rates of up to 400 l/min and are the preferred choice in channel and tube cleaning applications.The seal system of this plunger pump is very easy to maintain due to fewer wearing parts. The ceramic plungers used are highly resistant to acid and alkaline liquids.

The ARP (Abrasive Resistant Pump) series was developed specially for the conveyance of water contaminated with grainy or fibrous solids. The ARP highpressure pumps deliver operating pressures up to 400 bar. The pumps also work reliably at a solids concentration of up to 3,000 mg/l and a grain size of up to 300 μm.

The highpressure pumps of the 2series with operating pressures up to 750 bar and volumetric flow rates up to around 230 l/min are ideal for cleaning pipes and tube bundles, containers and containers.The seal system of this plunger pump is very easy to maintain due to fewer wearing parts. The highpressure pumps of the Z series deliver operating pressures up to 1,500 bar. With a high number of pressure and nominal flow rate combinations, the pumps are preferably used in industrial cleaning, paint stripping and also in descaling.For pumps with an operating pressure of more than 1,000 bar, hard metal plungers are used, which are particularly stable in order to guarantee a long service life and thus low maintenance costs.

With the builtin central valve design, these plunger pumps also have high volumetric efficiencies at high pressures. The carbide plungers used are extremely robust, provide long service life at very high pressures of up to 3,000 bar, and can therefore guarantee low maintenance costs. This makes the pumps of this WOMA series ideal for separating, disassembling, stripping and derusting with high pressure water.

Performance in a small space Our compact K100-3 high-pressure three-plunger pump boasts impressive performance data: With only 15 kW of input power, it delivers a pressure of 2000 bar, making it one of the most powerful pumps in its size class. The K100-3 triplex plunger pump really comes into its own when it comes to water jetting for industrial high-pressure cleaning.

K25000-3G high-pressure triplex plunger pump for 24/7 operation, pipeline tensioning and leak testing of tanks and various pipelines. The K25000-3G is used internationally hundreds of times as a high-pressure pump in hydraulic face construction. With a power of 250 kW, a gearbox with forced lubrication and an optional oil cooler, the pump is perfectly suited to the demands of 24/7 mining operations. With 110 kW, the K11000-3G high-pressure pump is a powerful plunger pump that is mostly used in intermittent operation. The reason for this is that this KAMAT high pressure pump has splash lubrication and not oil pressure lubrication. This makes the pump more suitable for intermittent operation, but it is extremely robust and can therefore be used in continuous operation even at 110 kW. Classic applications for this pump are industrial cleaning, blasting and process engineering. The K18000-3G triplex plunger pump has forced lubrication, making it ideal for continuous operation. Its main application is industrial cleaning.
