Field-wireable connectors are available in sizes M8 × 1/Ø 8 mm, M12 × 1, 1/2", 7/8", M16 × 0.75, M23 × 1 and also as valve plug. The connectors make installation easier in applications in which it is difficult to estimate the needed cable length.

The CEE floor box 6610A consists of a housing in stainless steel 1.4301 (3 mm) and a lockable, 20 mm thick lid made of anodized aluminum. When closed, the CEE floor box is not waterproof. In the outdoor area, a drain pipe must be provided on-site to drain the housing. Due to the surface load of 6.5t, this version can be driven on with a truck if it is properly installed and the lid is completely closed. The lid opens with the help of a gas pressure spring and can be closed with plugged-in connectors. Further configuration variants on request.

A two-part frame manufactured from high-quality grey or black PA plastic or die-cast zinc can be inserted into standard 112 mm x 36 mm sheet metal cut-outs for 24-pin rectangular heavy-duty plug-in connectors and provides the cable entries with a reliable seal. The RJ45 connector is the most used interface in data communications. CONEC has, based on this connector interface, designed a rugged versatile connector system for Cat. 5e and Cat. 6A, that ensures reliable protection and the convenience of easily mating under the most difficult and harsh environments. The housing with bayonet coupling mechanism is in compliance with IEC 61076-3-106 and provide increased protection for the connector system against contamination and moisture (IP67 rating). Furthermore, the increased demands for mechanical stability, temperature resistance, vibration immunity and protection against EMI and UV radiation will be fulfilled. This program is supplemented by preassembled patch cables with IP67 rating in various lengths and designs. The zinc die-cast version provides an excellent protection against harsh environment.

Data communication is also required in outdoor applications. Whether in traffic engineering, in maritime environments or mobile phone applications, long transmission distances and impacts such as heat, rain, snow, salty mist and dust place high demands on all connectors. The IP67 connectors developed by CONEC provide reliable protection against environmental influences and mechanical stress. The broad portfolio includes RJ45, USB/Mini USB and Fibre Optic LC Duplex connectors in plastic, metalized plastic or full metal.

CONEC has developed an ODVA compatible IP67 Fiber Optic connection for harsh indoor and outdoor environment. The new system is a bayonet locking enclosure with integrated LC Duplex Connectors and Adapters. The bayonet locking enclosure provides an easy and secured connection also under adverse conditions. The available materials for the housings are plastic, plastic metallized or nickel plated zinc die-cast for extreme harsh conditions. The LC connections are available for single mode or multimode transmission, depending on the requirements of the operated system. The major application for these connectors are connections from base stations to the transmission modules based on antenna poles or for network connections on the last mile into end users homes. This program is supplemented by preassembled patch cables in various lengths.

D-SUB Combination connectors offer the possibility to equip a proven design with new functionality. This is done by using different contact types without having to change the shape, size and installation dimensions of the connector itself. By using high-current contacts, the power supply of the device can be realized without an additional interface for the power supply. High-voltage contacts allow operating voltages of up to 2.8 kV. Fast signal transmission over shielded coaxial lines is achieved with the use of special coaxial contacts. A choice can be made between the Combination D-SUB, Combination D-SUB High Density and Combination D-SUB Dual Port series. In all variants, different combinations with signal, high current, high voltage or coaxial contacts are possible. The combination of different contact types offers interesting possibilities to save space and costs in the interface area. The connectors are always supplied with signal contacts, except for the crimp version.

CONEC D-SUBminiature connector dimensions conform to IEC 60807-2 (formerly DIN 41652) or MIL-C-24308. These cable device connectors each consist of a plug jack mating pair and are available in five standardized housing sizes with pole counts of 15, 26, 44, 62 and 78.

BEULCO gate valves enable safe shut-off of parts of the pipeline network or a system. The slides are designed so that spindle overruns and spindle breaks are not possible. The gate valve is equipped with connectors on both sides. The BEULCONNECT connector is designed to clamp the pipe with a material-saving plug-in technology. The connector is lifelong sealed and guarantees the installer a trouble-free and stress-free installation even under difficult installation conditions. The connector guarantees special security: The tube only has to be plugged in - a check, whether z. B. a pressure nut is properly tightened, is eliminated.

Plug-in connector for drinking water, water and gas. The material-friendly connecting technique enables that the pipe is only stressed as the relations of pression and torsion demand. Premature wear due to overstressing of material and subsequent troublescan be excluded. The metal clamping claw enables a torsion-free assembly by its positioning. The connector can easiliy be dismounted – all components can be reused without problems. For the application in the field of gas the connector has an additional insert pipe to stabilise the pipe. For the application in the field of drinking water the connector has the proven EPDM profile gasket which reliably seals minor damages on the surface. The plug-in connectors for the application in the fields of water and gas additionally have a special o-ring. The sealing and clamping functions are separated and independent which makes the connector extraordinarily safe.
