Goods Only Lift with no pit requirement- SHERPA Efficient vertical transport of your goods The SHERPA goods only lift is our real all-rounder. It is an efficient and simple to plan solution for vertical transportation of goods in an industrial environment. In its standard configuration, the SHERPA has a load capacity of up to 3,000 kilograms and a lifting height of up to 18 meters (with two to six stopping points). The lift is delivered as a free-standing structure with sheet metal cladding. The required pit depth is very small and can be altogether avoided by choosing the ramp option. No building modifications are required. The lift can be easily integrated into existing building and rack systems. Thus, the installation is fast and easy. This goods only lift is a tailor-made lift. We work closely with our customers, extend our flexibility to design and offer fully customized cabin sizes.

Our modular fieldbus and remote I/O-systems offer a comprehensive range of solutions for factory and process automation with interfaces for the fieldbus protocols PROFIBUS-DP, DeviceNet™, CANopen, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP™ and PROFINET. excom® is a remote-I/O-system in IP20 for Ex and non-Ex areas. You can plan and implement tailor-made solutions for the I/O IP20 area with the universal BL20 bus terminal system. The modular IP67 fieldbus systems BL67 and piconet® can be mounted directly in the field.

From the Idea to Prototyping to Series Production and Evolution – MicroControl plans, develops and manufactures individual solutions. MicroControl experts will work in close liaison with the customer to realize hardware and software for the desired application. In a following step, a prototype will be developed and manufactured – either by the customer or MicroControl. In the conceptual stage, the required technical specifications of the customer’s application are checked continually.

The use of wide belt, grid, steel band or narrow belt conveyors is adapted to the type of workpieces as well as to the customer-specific conditions.
