OBO has reinvented its tried-and-trusted welded cable ladders and optimised them for use in industry. Thanks to their special design and intelligent rungs, they can offer even more installation space and flexible mounting options – for vertical or horizontal installation. Not only the innovative welding of the new rung, for which a patent has been applied, but its well-thought-out hole pattern are also perfectly tailored to the requirements of all kinds of industrial installations. The special feature: The rungs can be filled on both sides using the matching clamp clips. This means that the installation space can be fully exploited, so that frequently the narrower ladders are sufficient, which reduces costs. The range of materials is not forgotten. The ladders are available in strip galvanised, hot-dip galvanised and A2 and A4 rustproof stainless steel versions. In addition, the new ladders can be powder-coated.

The centrifugal clutch with perforation enables customers to attach special output elements, such as sprockets, pulleys and articulated shafts or flanges, etc. This way, the centrifugal clutch can be designed individually and precisely fitting. The perforated metal plank type BN-OP5 “Noppe, offen plus, 5mm“ was especially developed for pedestrian areas with „High Heel Proof“ requirements. The bothsided punched holes have a diameter of 5mm. The punching sequence corresponds to BN-OP7. This type of planking offers high slip resistance and also allows ladies in stiletto heels to walk safely on the gratings. Due to the small hole configuration it is difficult to see through from underneath, which is important in public access areas. The perforated metal plank type BN-OP8, corresponds to type BN-OP5 in terms of the punching pattern, but have twice the number of holes. The drain holes have a diameter of 8 mm and thereby increase the drainage performance and light and air permeability..

The perforated metal planks, type BN-O33 “Noppe, offen” combines top and bottom pressed nubs with a hole diameter of 8 mm: This provides excellent stability and drain holes for a good drainage effect. In combination with the profile BN-O33vi for steps with vi-nosing or the closed profile BN-G33 it results in many applications and variations.

The perforated metal planks, type BN-G33 “Noppe, geschlossen” has upwardly pressed closed nubs and provides a high slip resistance. BN-G33 is suitable for indoor in combination with BN-G33vi stairtreads. BN-G33 is suitable for areas where on the one hand a closed surface is desired and on the other hand a good accessibility must be guaranteed.

The perforated metal planks, type BN-G “Noppe, geschlossen”, the punched nobs pressed upwards are closed and offer high slip resistance. BN-G gratings are often used in indoor environments and there, where, on the one hand, a closed surface is desired and on the other, good accessibility must be ensured.

The perforated metal plank type BN-OD „Noppe, offen , different“ is characterised by two different hole sizes. The bothsided punched holes have upwards a diameter of 14 mm and downwards a diameter of 7 mm.

With perforated metal planks, type BN-O “Noppe, offen“ the bothsided punched holes have a diameter 8 mm and allows an excellent standing stability. Furthermore the drain holes exhibit good drainage. The BN-O grating guarantees a high stability for normal pedestrian traffic.

The surface of the perforated metal plank, type BN-GA is a mix of closed punched nobs facing upwards and conical drain holes facing downwards. This means that the grating does not have any sharp edges on top and can be walked on easily even without footwear. At the same time, however, any liquids can be quickly drained through the conical drain holes so that no hydroplaning can occur.

Perforated metal planks, type BP-UE are characterized by the highest slip resistance class, their smooth line profiling and high loading capacity. For this reason this type is frequently used in slippery areas and where stringent demands are made on load bearing capacity.

The perforated metal plank type BZ-GP has been developed from our approved planking type BZ-GP. Because of the homogeneous surface it is easy to negotiate. Furthermore the free cross section of 70 % makes a high light permeability and sprinkler suitability possible. Therefore the profile is particularly suitable for suspended ceilings. There is no need for sprinkler systems below the suspended ceiling. Due to the high point loads, additional planking during the assembly or later is not necessary. Thus, an ideal smoke funnel, sprinkler suitability and efficiency are guaranteed.

Perforated and ground hemisphere made of stainless steel

The perforated metal plank BZ-G offers a free cross section of at least 70%. It is therefore suitable for use in intermediate levels. Through the use of BZ-G profiles, the there is no need for a sprinkler system below these intermediate levels. Optimal flue exhaust and sprinkler suitability are thus guaranteed.

The perforated metal plank type BZ offers a high degree of slip resistance due to its serrated surface structure. For this reason, the BZ plank is especially suitable in those environments, where fats and oils are used.
