The product range of non-return valves includes a large choice of nominal sizes (up to DN200) and flow rates (0.35 – 106 SCFH). The sophisticated valve technology of WITT non-return valves provides small pressure drops making them also suitable for applications with smallest opening pressures. A high-quality sealing system with elastomeres prevents leakages, and dirt filters at the inlet point assure long service life of the non-return valves. Some non-return valve models can also be used as flashback arrestors. All non-return valves can be mounted in any orientation, are available with all connections, in brass and stainless steel and are suitable for almost all technical gases.

Impressive 400 watts of power for pumping up to 7,000 litres per hourThe compact submerged clear water pump TWP 4005 E wows homeowners and passionate amateur gardeners alike with its high capacity and the user-friendly handling characteristics. The maximum feed rate of 7,000 litres per hour recommends the TWP 4005 E as much as the extraordinary pump height of 7.5 metres. An integrated check valve prevents the return flow upon switch-off. With its powerful and maintenance-free 400 W motor the submerged clear water pump TWP 4005 E conveys clear or only slightly contaminated water with particle sizes of up to 5 millimetres. The submerged pump drains flooded basements and laundry facilities at a remarkable speed. It can be used to empty swimming pools in a trice and further leaves a good impression when pumping over the water in cisterns and rain barrels that are full to the brim.

Cellular wheel sluices Cellular wheel sluices are used as discharge devices under filters, cyclones and silos, as well as for channelling materials into pneumatic conveying systems. In a special tested version, however, these can also be used at the same time for the explosive decoupling of complex plant systems in the sense of the ATEX regulations. Multi-cutter The multi-cutter is ideally suited for the chopping up of paper or plastic waste strips as well as veneer residues in extraction pipes. It works with a set of fast-rotating, but air-permeable blades. The connection diameter is DN 160 and the motor has a rated drive power of 0.75 KW. In order to be able to definitely assess the usability for the application, it is advisable to provide us with representative material samples. The assessment is also often proven by pilot plant trials. The advantage of this is that the degree of chopping can also be determined. ATEX non-return valves (EX) Non-return valves are passive decoupling elements in pipelines for preventing dust explosion effects from running in the opposite direction to the conveying direction. The non-return valves are type-tested protective systems in accordance with directive 94/9/EC, better known under the synonym ATEX 95. Function In normal operation, the top-mounted flap swims on the air stream in the housing of the non-return valve and in this way is held open. At a standstill the valve flap closes under its own weight and rests on the diagonally cut inflow pipe. If an explosion occurs behind the non-return valve, the air flow direction is reversed due to the increased counter-pressure. This causes the flap to close. The valve flap is additionally pressed against the inflow pipe by the pressure of the explosion, thus reliably sealing the pipeline against an explosion backdraught. These non-return valves function without external energy. The RSK and BPF-M series are available in the sizes DN 160, 200, 250, 280, 315, 355, 400, 450, 500, 560, 600, 630, 710, 800, 900 and 1,000. The two series differ in that they have different versions and application possibilities. These are ideally suited for extraction from one or more sources of dust and are predominantly used in small and medium-sized enterprises for air quantities of up to 6,000 m³/h. ES 200P/280P deduster with jet cleaning The ES 200P deduster is designed for an air quantity of max. 3,000 m³/h and has one dust collection container; the ES 280P is designed for max. 6,000 m³/h and has two dust collection containers. The ES deduster is made of galvanised sheet steel and is a universal device for the extraction and separation of various types of swarf and dust. The raw air inlet nozzle has a non-return valve arranged upstream of the device. The filter works according to the downdraft principle, i.e. raw air is fed to the filter cartridges from above. This construction results in extremely efficient pre-filtration and preserves the filter medium. The filter cartridges are cleaned by means of compressed air impulse. Swarf and dust is collected in the mobile containers arranged underneath. The fan, which is arranged on the clean air side, is equipped with a high-performance impeller. The clean air outlet opening has a sound-absorbing lining. The electrical controller is directly attached. Equipment Optional: 280P / PAS deduster MS multi-extractor with double-walled filter sack The built-in radial fan sucks off dust and swarf at the place of generation and forces it via the impeller into the air injection frame. The swarf collects in the dust or swarf sack. The dust/air mixture flows into the filter sack, where the dust is filtered out. The cleaned air is fed directly back to the operating area. The double-walled filter sack offers a significantly larger filter area compared to other designs. Filter cartridges are also possible here as an option. The filter elements are cleaned manually. The multi-extractors are predominantly used with coarse-grained and unproblematic types of dust and swarf. The devices are not suitable for continuous operation or for wood dust and splinters.
