Our low-cost alternative to manual stamping presses are standardised mini markers with a font size of 2, 3 or 4 mm, 6 wheels with relevant wheel labelling from 0 to 9 as well as an empty field. With the pin stop, the figure combination can be changed in a simple procedure and embossed on a tool to be labelled with manual marking.

If the edge radius of a load is less than 2 mm, lifting experts refer to it as a “critically sharp edge“. secuwave and secuwave Mini are thicklycoated protective sleeves with a wave structure on the contact side. The wave structure increases the bending radius of “sharp edges”. The edge lies in a wave trough, while the load rests on the wave peak. Therefore, the “sharp edge“ has no contact with the protective sleeve. secuwave is delivered as a clip. This means that it can be subsequently added to a lifting situation. secuwave is available in two versions. The various sizes mean that the suitable wave size can be used. The smaller wave size means that the thick coating is more flexible in the bending direction.

HotMicroCoils have an exceptional capacity for being shaped - even in three dimensions. The main function of a shrink disc is the safe connection of a shaft with a hub by means of friction. For example, between a drive shaft and a transmission hollow shaft. The shrink disc generates a backlash-free connection by pressing the hub onto the shaft. This connection is mainly used to transmit torque. The shrink disc only provides the required forces, and transfers no forces or moments between shaft and hub by itself. Therefore, the force flow does not pass through it. It is installed by sliding the shrink disc onto the hollow shaft and the subsequent tightening of the screws. By using conical surfaces the inner diameter reduces and the radial pressure is built up. The 31xx range of shrink discs are self-locking. The clamping forces are provided and controlled through the screws (force controlled). This allows the direct compensation of the clearance between the shaft and hub, without an overload that may occur on path controlled shrink discs, due to small or over sized...
