RockWorks is a real-time management system for RockNet and enhances the remote operation of complex widespread networks. Each RockNet device can be monitored and con gured on screen according to the front panel operation. RockWorks enables labeling of each device and channel within the network. The software provides alarm indications and allows for a network- wide default reset of channel parameters and naming. For a more comfortable setup, RockWorks also features an offline editor. RockWorks MY Card Preset Dialog The RockWorks preset dialog provides full access to RockNet MY interface card presets and allows for the individual configuration of emulation mode, channel routing, microphone pre-amp count (RN.301.MI/RN.101.IO) as well as sync master settings. onnecting tubes which have been cut to size can be connected to one another using ITAS tube connectors made of cast aluminium via a simple plug-in principle. No further mechanical processing is necessary, which reduces assembly costs to a minimum. An internal clamping mechanism and the tightening of the special clamping screws guarantee a positive connection with smooth transitions, which are pleasant to the touch and also ensure enhanced safety – injuries due to getting caught up are an impossibility. The result is a simple and stable system which fulfils all safety guidelines.

The mobile stainless steel MIXACO container equipped with wheel s is filled with raw materials and then pushed towards the container mixer by the operator. In this pha se, the container is used as a transport container. In the container mixer, the container is connected t o the mixing head and tilted 180° into the mixing position. During the mixing process, the container together with the mi xing head is therefore used as a mixing chamber. After mixing, the container is tilted back to the basic position. The container with the fi nished mixed material is removed from the mixer, and can now be transported directly for further processing without decanting to a diff erent receptacle. In this phase, the container is once again used as a transport container.
