For standard size tanks a reliable transportation can be ensured by our own trucks with mounted hydraulic cranes. Special transports with extra wide loads, overlengths and large component heights are possible with our cooperate partners. Due to the near domestic port, apparatus of larger dimensions can be transported to the desired destination by ship. Our services include route planning, inclusive of obtaining the required permits and the hoisting gear needed for loading and unloading heavy components.

All products manufactured by us can be equipped with the appropriate corrosion protection according to your wishes and specifications. Tanks and special bodies for tank semitrailers for several applications are manufactured in our production site in Schapen.Depending on the medium and total weight requirements, we use aluminium, stainless steel or steel. Special needs require special solutions. We adapt our tanks according to your wishes exactly to your vehicle.

Manufacturing slurry tankers according to DIN EN 707 for agriculture and biogas plants is also included in our portfolio. Due to the increasingly specific requirements of our customers, we have developed into a specialist for complete solutions. We cooperate closely with leading suppliers in the industry. As an alternative to a complete solution, it is also possible to acquire tank blanks.

For costumers from the steel industry, power plant construction, the chemical industry as well as other industries we manufacture specific pipelines in all sizes and fittings based upon isometric projections or customers´ measurements.

Rectangular tanks are often used when space or building conditions don’t allow other solutions. Having prepared the verifiable calculations we manufacture close your individual requirements.

For several fields of energy technology we produce heat storage and buffer tanks according to individual costumers´demands. We offer optimized statically design calculation for your requirements, from small installations to vessels with capacity of 600m³, optional with insulation in our factory or on site.

We draw on vast experience in manufacturing of tanks for municipal and industrial watertreatment. For example filter tanks, oxidizers, activated carbon filter, pressurised waterholding tanks, compressed air tanks, reactors as well as nitrification and denitrification tanks.

We manufacture crystallisers from stainless steel in all dimensions. Our main focus is on exact compliance with the required roughness of the surface and a strict separation of our production areas steel and stainless steel.

Flat bottom tanks according to DIN 4119, VdTÜV 960 and EN14015 up to diameter of 7.000 mm can be produced in our production site. Flat bottom tanks with larger diameter are prefabricated here and assemblied at costumers´ site by our qualified team. The manufacturing of backingspace leak detectioning double bottoms is also part of our range of services.

Our production of storage tanks in single and double walled versions according to DIN 6600 or costumers´ requirements provided for stocking and transporting of environmentally hazardous substances is closely supervised by TÜV.

We manufacture columns for the process engineering systems of our customers in steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Regardless of whether it is a tray, packing or other column with our knowhow, we manufacture columns exactly according to your requirements.

We manufacture pressure vessels and process engineering apparatus from steel, stainless steel and aluminium. The design, manufacturing and acceptance comply with the common national and international regulations.

The MD200, manufactured by Trotech®, is a magnetometer suited for covered ferromagnetic metals locator such as valve caps and rods, hydrants, metallic manhole and tank covers, and the like. It is designed for environments like in the blazing heat, bitter cold, under water or in the snow to supply a location results that is accurate. It comes with a benefit of a covered ferromagnetic metal with a speedy detection and a reliability that prevents the detection of all non-magnetic metal objects due to its high sensitivity, and with an auto-manual adjustment that can function for 24 hours. Furthermore, a backlit display can be read easily along with a rotation function. It is designed to minimize discomfort and lightweight of only 830 g.
