Thanks to latest digital technoloy, we can meet your demands at a high professional level. We provide 2D/3D measurement (e.g. dimension measurements, burr measurements, grain size analysis, residual contamination analysis according to ISO 16232 & VDA 19, profile measurements, particle analysis, 3D presentation) with multi-lightning view for various illumination angles, optical shadow effects to clearly identify smallest univenness, reflexion reduction and HDR-view for high colour graduation. Several types of perspectives are possible thanks to a pivoted angle of sight (up to 90°) or by adjusting the mobile object lense (e.g. hollow spaces). We compile a detailed documentation including pictures or videos, where even real-time swivellling views can be recorded. We are looking forward to receiving your enquiry!

Wear-protected industrial fans. Wear-protected industrial fans Solids are often transported with the air that are very abrasive (e.g. corundum, sand, quartz, wood). These solids lead to considerable wear, in particular of the fan impeller. Progressive loss of material takes place, which can lead to machine failure. By means of specific measures to prevent wear, the service life of the fan can be extended. In addition to a suitable blade geometry, austenitic manganese steels and build-up welds can be used to counteract impact and sliding wear.

The small dimensions of the hydraulic force transducers of the model series TesT 1001 / 1011 / 1021 as well as the flat building method permit versatile applications. The small transducers were conceived for occasional control measurements, e.g. for adjusting or service work. The indicating instruments of model versions 1001 and 1011 have a diameter of 63 mm. The indicating instrument of model version 1021 can have a diameter of 63 mm or 100 mm. All model versions possess a drag indicator to display peak values.

Registration of inclination in the gravitational field by means of MEMS sensors (Micro-Electro-Mechanical-System) with subsequent digitisation and linearisation via controllers. MEMS sensors are integrated circuits manufactured using silicon bulk micromechanical technology. Double capacities are formed with the aid of moveable micromechanical structures. If these structures are deflected in the case of acceleration, e.g. gravitational acceleration (g), this results in capacity changes, which are registered and further processed using measuring technology. The output voltage follows the function U ~ g * sin α. In this case, the angle α is the sensor's inclination angle measured against the g-vector. These sensors measure precisely, have a long service life and are very robust. The measuring axes operate independently of each other.
