CSN® screwin heating units are particularly suitable for the direct heating of liquids, air and gases. In relation to the process, we provide you with screwin or tank heating units with tubular heating elements made of stainless steel which we adjust to the respective application situation and the medium to be heated in consultation with you. The surface loadings, a very critical design feature for the longterm durability of the elements, are calculated for their specific application. For exact temperature monitoring, the screwin heating units can be manufactured with various controllers and / or limiters, as well as PT100 sensors or sheath thermocouples. Our team also looks forward to standing by your side if you need heating solutions which cannot be covered with socalled standard solutions. We are happy to develop processcustomised solutions in close consultation with you. We look forward to your task.

Punching units Punching unit with exchangeable cutting elements for sheets and profiles up to a material thickness of 25.0 mm and a hole diameter of 150.0 mm JOKA punching units consist of a special cast stand that accepts the punch and die and ensures the exact axis alignment between the cutting elements (punch and die). In addition, there is a stripping system in the upper part of the tool stand, as the material wipes off automatically after punching. The scraper contains two or more disc spring packages that guarantee perfect scraping even in the border areas. A fixed connection between the tool and the upper part of the press is therefore not required. To determine the exact position, each tool has a positioning pin (two for shaped holes) on the underside, which is precisely aligned with the cutting elements (center of the hole). The above picture shows a complete punching unit without cutting elements and one cutting set (punch and die) each for round hole or shaped hole.

CSN® tank heating units are particularly suitable for the direct heating of liquids (Oil, Water, Emulsions), air and gases. They contribute to the avoidance of paraffin clouds in fuel oil or Diesel storage tanks. In relation to the process, we provide you with tank heating units with tubular heating elements made of stainless steel which we adjust to the respective application situation and the medium to be heated in consultation with you. We offer our series “THF” a suspended, on a chain flexible solution to keep heating oil or diesel fuel in the extraction line pumpable. Compact filters are characterised by the fact that they essentially unite fan, filter element and discharge or dust collection facility in one. The capacity range of the compact filters extends up to 20,000 m³/h. Different systems and modes of operation are available for the individual assemblies, resulting in a large number of possible variants. This allows us to offer a large range of solutions for dedusting tasks. Based on our many years of experience, we select the filter media from those available on the market that are best suited for the most diverse types of dust and tasks. Filter hoses, filter bags, filter tubes and filter cartridges are used as filter elements. Cleaning takes place using compressed air impulse, low-pressure purge-air or shaking. Fans from own development and production enable us to design a highly efficient and precise layout. Discharge usually takes place directly into collecting containers, such as dustbins with snap fasteners, or into containers, big bags, or via discharge mechanisms into automatic disposal systems. Screw conveyors, drag conveyors, rotary systems, cellular wheel sluices, double-gate sluices and slidegate valves are available as discharge mechanisms. Intelligent control systems, piping elements, silencers and pre-coating devices for auxiliary dusts are standard items in the range. Naturally we also use our know-how to create needs-based custom solutions.
