For non-mechanized terminals, slave pallets are an essential tool for handling and transporting ULDs. The pallets are equipped with four rows of 16 non-powered rollers. There is a non-slip treadplate between the rollers that allows the pallet to be walked on. Slave pallets can be transported using powered conveyor systems or the Lödige Mini and Lödige Robby, as well as using our slave pallet mover. To maintain constant temperature in your tank or container, we provide the appropriate heating system. This could e.g. be implemented by heating the container surface with heating cables for holding temperatures of up to 250 °C. Transportable electrical heating equipment, including circulation pumps, are also available for holding temperature of up to 80 °C.

MIXACO Charging station The MIXACO charging station is used for dust free filling of the mixing container with raw materials. In conjunction with a bottom weighing scale or dosing systems, a fully automatic, a semi-automatic or manual charging of the container can be carried out.

MIXACO Container-Mover The container mover enables simple and quick transportation. You will also receive a battery charger in the scope of delivery. Stainless steel hexagonal, available in different grades, cold-drawn. Technical delivery conditions according to DIN EN 10088-3: 2014. Execution as per DIN EN 10278:1999, tolerance h11. The produced bars are delivered with mill test certificates according to DIN EN 10204/3.1. Available in random sizes of 8 - 100mm and lengths of 3000-3200 mm. *The regular minimum order quantity is 500 kg. The finished bars are packed in bundles of approx.500 kg. Each bundle carries two labels, providing information about dimensions, grade, heat number, weight, manufacturer's code and works inspector. Chamfering based on customer's requirements.
