FTK Förderband Technik Kilian GmbH has a wide range of elevator belts for all applications. The range includes the following belt types anti static, abrasion resistant, high temperature, oil resistant and flame retardant, and steel mesh belts for the harshest environments. The belts are made to customer requirements.

Metal connectors with self tapping screws are provided for the fast connection of rubber belts using a cordless screwdriver. FTK connectors are also available for round balers and in a special version for grape harvesting machines. Our steel connectors come in galvanised steel or non magnetic stainless steel. FTK connectors can be installed just using a cordless screwdriver because the screws are self tapping. No hole drilling is needed. FTK connectors are available with screws and connecting cables in lengths up to 3,000 mm, depending on belt width. A variety of connecting rods, lock washers and screws is also available for the initial installation of FTK connectors or as spare parts, plus various cordless screwdrivers, a pneumatic screwdriver, brace, PZ 2 cross head bits and a magnetic bit holder.

Super Screw connectors are available in different versions of textile reinforced rubber abrasion resistant, heat resistant, oil and grease resistant, white FDA, self extinguishing, with textile on the running surface or in stainless steel. Screws are available in either galvanised or stainless steel. Super Screw connectors are inserted in the belt diagonally and from both sides. After the rubber layer is removed, the connector is installed using just a cordless screwdriver or, in underground mining, using a breast drill or pneumatic screwdriver. Super Screw® connectors are pre installed, depending on the belt width, in lengths up to 3,000 mm or in rolls up to 25,000 mm long. A variety of screws is also available for the initial installation of the connectors or as spare parts, plus various cordless screwdrivers, a pneumatic screwdriver, brace, PZ 2 or PZ 3 cross head bits and a magnetic bit holder.

International patent registered for the CLEAN ROOM SYSTEM line (DIN EN ISO 14644-1) The CLEAN ROOM SYSTEM units are linear actuators with belt driven transmission and are specifically designed for Clean Room applications They are supplied with a certificate issued by the IPA Fraunhofer Institute in Stuttgard, which certifies compliance with class ISO 3 (DIN EN ISO 14644-1), or with class Fed Std 0.01 (FED 209 E). The system prevents particles from being discharged in the environment where the linear unit is located. This has been achieved by using a special straight seal that closes the horizontal opening where the slider moves, as well as by the operation of a 0.8 vacuum pump connected to 2 vacuum pipes located inside the drive head and the idle head.
