On request, we can supply ball caster tables / ball transfer units tables adapted to your individual requirements. We usually use sheet metal panels, which are manufactured, edged and welded on all sides, in accordance with your size specifications. The standard table models are galvanised, but can also be supplied with powder-coated surfaces in different RAL colours, in bright steel or stainless steel. Ball caster spacing patterns are manufactured in accordance with your individual requirements. We supply every size of table. In the case of surfaces larger than 2,000×3,000 mm, several table plates are put together to make one table. The ball casters / ball transfer units are mounted by means of press fitting and are easily replaceable. They can be mounted in rows or positioned alternately.

This stable production table can be used flexibly thanks to four swivel castors (2 of which are lockable). As an integral part of your business equipment, the table can be used anywhere in the production or warehouse. The castors make it easy to move and lock it in place. It offers not only a mobile workplace but also a high load capacity. The table consists of our proven, silver anodised aluminium square profile "Quattro" and screen printing plates as work surface. The height of the two shelves is well thought-out and supports back-friendly working. The original design of this practical table means that it can be stored and transported using the least amount of space. When in use, it can be set to two different heights: a) with one 720 mm pole as a table to sit at, b) with 2 poles with total height of 1200 mm as a bistro table to stand at. The poles that are not required, are held tidily in a bracket under the tabletop. The table has chrome plated poles, a sturdy powder coated metal welded base and a Werzalit tabletop (diameter: 700 mm). Despite its sturdiness, it only weighs 13.5 kg, is easy to move and no tools are required for assembly.Ideal for use in catering or at parties, exhibitions and other events.

We develop fully automatic test systems for inclination sensors and inertial sensors (MEMS, tilt sensors) according to customer requirements. With the help of multi-axis rate tables, we can precisely position DUTs in end-of-line (EoL) test operations or for development purposes and calibrate and test them under temperatures of e.g. -40°C and up to 120°C. Merecs Engineering can also connect the test system to our customer's IT infrastructure, set up databases and automatic data analysis using Mircosoft PowerBI, so that important key figures such as First Pass Yield (FPY), process capability, system availability, statistics and trends are continuously updated and displayed on online dashboards. For example, more than 100 DUTs are possible per test run.
