The power supply units of the PSU67 series are IP67 rated and can be mounted in the field. The devices bypass short power drops of maximally 50 independently. In addition, no-load and short-circuit protection as well as the passive air cooling increase the fail-safety of the devices. The output current is - depending on the type - 2 A, 4 A or 8A. Thanks to their universal AC/DC input, the power supplies can be used worldwide in numerous networks. The high efficiency of up to 90% provides a good energy balance.

Use the double-sided illuminated frame "Simple" to light-up two posters. The double-sided "Simple" illuminated frame is supplied with power via a 3.5 metre long cable. The frame is switched on and off via the power supply unit. Hang your impressive backlit advertising in portrait or landscape format from the ceiling. The supplied wire suspension helps you to do this. A PET film protects your print insert from environmental influences. A simple media change is possible by loosening the silver clamping profiles. Simply open the frame profiles and quickly deliver a new advertising message. You present advertising posters in the right light. The LED light frame "Simple" can be used in a wide range of applications. The illuminated frame makes your pictures shine, especially in low-lit salesrooms, airport terminals and shopping centres.

CSN® Neutral Earthing Resistors are used in power distribution systems for star point earthing of transformer or generator windings. According to the application (low or high ohmic neutral earthing type) pakkages made out of meander shaped stainless steel wire elements or CSN® Resistor Webs will be used as active material. Schniewindt has already supplied units for system voltages up to 380 kV and earth fault currents up to 70 kA. The Lödige laboratory tablet coater has a modular design, so that integration of any components is customised according to the customer’s specific requirements. A dividable drum and a dividable nozzle arm allow processing of even very small volumes (0.6 l). The coater and the optionally available liquid supply station consist of Corian®, a highly resistant, light-weight, FDA-approved material, which is crucial for the particularly functional and modern design of the laboratory coater system. The laboratory coater is not just a “laboratory machine”, but a full coating system, in which process conditions comparable to those of Lödige production coaters are generated. The mobile laboratory coater incl. the drum for the tablets and drawer for the nozzle arm and tool form the base unit. In addition, the following equally mobile modules are available: — Air supply unit — Exhaust air unit — Liquid supply station (optional)

For special applications, individual high-pressure systems are required, which KAMAT can provide from the initial project idea to the turnkey installation, with 100% of the production taking place in-house. This also applies to electric high-pressure pumping units. Depending on the application, our customers can choose between different drives, power transmission components, PLC controls, measuring systems, data transmission, remote controls, pneumatic and electric valve controls, chassis and sound insulation equipment. Even the electrical units supplied on the base frame are fully operational and can be used directly by the customer. Electric units have the advantage of emission-free operation at extremely low noise levels. ATEX certified high pressure electric units can also be used in ATEX hazardous areas.

A multiple steam boiler plant from CERTUSS consists of several steam boilers connected in series plus the CVE supply unit. With a multiple steam boiler plant from CERTUSS you profit from a highly flexible steam supply through cascading. The CERTUSS steam generators interconnected in a steam system act respectively as the lead boiler for the base load or as the standby boiler for peak load periods. For steam outputs of up to 10,000 kg/h - High steam requirements are covered with a multiple steam boiler plant. Whether 2, 3, 4 or more combined boilers depends completely on your requirements for the steam supply. - The displays are effected on the touch screen of a selected steam generator. They can be called up at allocated workstations with all the operating functions.

Our steam generators are available on request as a ready-to-operate steam boiler plant: CERTUSS steam generator plus CERTUSS supply unit CVE. All components for the water supply and water conditioning of the CERTUSS steam generator are included in the complete steam plant. - Feed water tank - Desalination heat exchanger - Water softening equipment - Test extraction cooler - Mixing heat exchanger - Measuring equipment - Steam dryer The CVE supply unit is compatible with all the CERTUSS steam generators. Depending on the desired steam output a multiple steam boiler plant may be suitable for you.

You require a mobile steam plant or you want to install a steam plant outside your plant building? Then the complete installation within a container is the ideal solution for you.
