On the other hand cold incoming air must be lead into the production process and shall be warmed. This occurs for example very often within drying technology. In this case air-air heat exchangers can be used very efficient in heat recovery. As result you have great potential to save energy expenses. Customized air-water heat exchangers for industrial use Three types of air-water heat exchangers Three different designs o air-water heat exchangers The Anthermo GmbH delivers three different designs of air-water heat exchangers: Finned tube heat exchangers Lamella heat exchangers Straight tube heat exchangers These heat exchangers are designed in a way, that inside the tube water or another liquid circulates. The air flows around outside the tubes or the fins/lamellas. The connection between the fins and the tube is used to enlarge the space for heat transfer between the liquid and the gas fluid. The technical figures (for ex. amount of air, temperature, pressure, waste of air) can be different for the air-water heat exchanger. Also the operating conditions and the environment conditions can vary from application to application.

Sensor for bulk mass flow Whilst the OPTIMASS 2000 has been developed to meet the demanding custody transfer requirements of the Oil & Gas industry, it is well suited to bulk measurement in many applications. Sensor with extension tube for screw-in The OPTITEMP TRA/TCA-S12 is a temperature assembly for screw-in. It is predominantly used in the lower temperature range (up to +150°C / +302°F). When it features a neck tube, spatially separating the process connection from the  connection head, the connection head cannot heat up as much. This is particularly important when there is a temperature transmitter in the connection head. Form acc. Sensor with flange and extention tube The TRA/TCA-F13 is a flange temperature assembly. The main field of application is in tanks or pipelines and a weld neck flange is used to connect them; the particular advantage to this type of thermometer is that they can be coated (e.g. with PTFE), making them resistant to aggressive media. These particularly long sealant collars were specially designed for sealing up anchorage points on a bitumen roof surface. They are 300 mm long and available in two models: For anchors with or without an additional supporting tube (Ø 16 oder Ø 42 mm). The discs are 420 mm in diameter.
