Spring isolators can be used for source and sender vibration isolation. The springs are manufactured of a special spring steel wire and KTL coated. Every spring isolator can be provided with an additional damping cushion of stainless-steel. Elemente with a frequency range between 3-4 Hz can be provided with a viscous damping, too. Spring isolators with a natural frequency range of 3-5 or 4-6 Hz are especially made for higher forces. They can be expanded in size and load-capacity without any difficulty. With the LED WindSign "Seal Lite" you will attract the attention of customers and your advertising message, especially in dark weather. The powerful battery has a runtime of 16 hours in ecomode. At 100%, a running time of 8 hours is achieved. The pavement display is designed for permanent outdoor use. It is equipped with a fillable plastic base and can be used in highly frequented areas, such as pedestrian zones or walkways. Due to a special spring technology, it is perfectly suited for use in windy locations. The poster can be changed using the folding technology built into the frame. By simply opening the profiles, the protective foil is removed and the insert is exchanged. Thanks to the wheels integrated in the base, the LED WindSign "Seal Lite" can be moved flexibly and moved to the desired location.

Our WindSign "Seal" is designed for permanent outdoor use. The folding technique of the frames guarantees a quick change of the posters. A circumferential sealing rubber mounted on the rear walls prevents water from entering. The rear walls are also made of weather-resistant polystyrene. The anti-reflective covers made of UV-stabilised material prevent the posters from fading. The installation of the customer stopper is very easy. The frame is simply screwed to the plastic base and the stand is ready for use. The high stability of the Wind Sign is guaranteed by the fillable base and the special spring technology, so that the stand can also be used in stormy weather. Thanks to the wheels integrated in the base, the WindSign "Seal" can be moved easily to the desired position.

It is possible to have square as well as round shapes, drilled holes and slots from Ø2 – Ø30 mm, with counter bores and tapped holes. To reduce stress concentration and shearing stress when mounting, we recommend the reinforcement of the clamping areas by fixing glass reinforced laminate (GHGW) plates. GHGW-reinforcement plates can be purchased loose or attached to the leaf spring. A special two-component adhesive is applied for the bonding. Following images indicate possible spring shapes:
