Various applications, hollow section profiles, tube profiles, brackets etc. Profiles mainly made from ABS, coloured, PVC in one colour and PS. Customer-specific solutions possible with the material e.g. PC and PMMA.

Not all extruded profiles are required to be circular in shape! Whether it is a seamless or porthole hollow-profile, at ALUnna, we have a multitude of possibilities. Simple profiles, such as a solid profile or an angle profile, are also available. On some profiles we may have the possibility to further improve the dimensional tolerances by adding a subsequent drawing step to achieve final dimensions. In addition to round tube, shaped, square or rectangular tubes in both medium strength and high-strength alloys can be produced.

secutex special profiles offer a particularly high crumple zone due to their hollow cavities. The particularly robust secutex buffer pad pushes the profile back into its original shape after loading. The robust design dampens noise during impact and protects the fragile goods.

Temperature control of gaseous and liquid media Flat tube heat exchangers are generally used as air / air or air / liquid heat exchangers. Flat tube heat exchangers are used where the (exhaust) air is polluted and the installation space is limited. In heat recovery in particular, there are numerous applications for flat tube heat exchangers as so-called exhaust gas / exhaust air heat exchangers. Little installation space and less pressure loss While the rows of tubes in smooth tube heat exchangers consist of round tubes, the rows of tubes in flat tube heat exchangers have a special profile (see illustration). This special tube profile offers advantages over the round profile in certain applications. Flat tube heat exchangers require less installation space than smooth tube heat exchangers with the same exchange area and are therefore also lighter.

The wide range of product portfolio of coils with different tube diameters, tube patterns, fin profiles, materials and options allows us to customize our coils for any specific application and fluids: air heaters, air coolers, condensers and evaporators for HVAC and various industrial applications. Kelvion heat exchanger coils are manufactured with copper tubes and aluminum or copper fins. The fins are equipped with special profiles developed at our R&D department enhancing heat transfer and keeping pressure drop at a moderate level. The customized fin spacing is achieved by collars which also provide the contact between the fin block and the tubes. Mechanical expansion of the tubes guarantees a perfect bond between the fins and the tubes leading to maximum heat transfer between both fluids.

The centrifugal clutch with belt output is the most frequently used build of Amsbeck centrifugal clutches. This type of centrifugal clutch has the pulley installed in the clutch bell already. This leads to a compact and space-saving, as well as cost-efficient, build. A centrifugal clutch with belt output can generally use any standardised belt profile and pulley diameter. The number of belt grooves can be chosen freely as well. Of course, a centrifugal clutch with belt output can also be delivered with special belt profiles and V-rib belt profiles at the customer's request. The palletizing robot system PARO® has a modular structure. This is how the palletizing room can be optimally adapted to the palletizing task – even afterwards. The spectrum ranges from standard single place cells which are not bigger than the pallet itself, to palletizing systems with twelve or more palletizing stations. All of this is easily determined by a correspondingly long horizontal axis. The palletizing robot PARO® is a four-axis robot whose axis have a special guide system: Profiled, teflon coated Vulkollanrollers run on polished stainless steel tubes. This system has proven itself to be robust and maintenance free. With this simple system technology a lot of industrial handling processes are economically automated in different performance areas. The PARO® is durable and also suitable for the use in extreme enviroments. All in all the robot offers a good price-performance ratio.

Canted profiles in XXL We cant almost every profile with our special tools. Most of the machines used at Göcke are specially constructed; tools for the sheet metal bending presses as well as stencils for sheet metal blanks are self-produced in-house at Göcke. At Göcke Umformtechnik, every desire of the customer and wish for appointments is turned into reality on modern DNC-controlled sheet metal bending presses.
