The SRF (Safety RFID) is a non-contact safety sensor, that monitors moveable safety guards, such as doors, flaps and hoods. With its innovative diagnostic system, the SRF makes safety circuits suitable for Industry 4.0. The system provides a multitude of diagnostic data of each sensor, even in a series connection, to support smart production. Diagnostic data is fed into the machine control system via I/O Link or alternatively displayed on a smartphone by way of NFC technology. In this way, 20 different diagnostic information of each sensor can be retrieved and made available. This diagnostic data delivers cost-effective predictive maintenance in a simple way. Through its advanced fault recognition capability, costly machine shutdowns can be prevented. This way, your machinery and plant will work even more efficiently!

In the field of safety sensors, we offer safety light screens in various lengths and types with up to 14 mm resolution and muting function. We offer laser scanners with large protective fields for special tasks. Two-hand buttons and controls round off the range. For direct connection to the machine, we also offer versatile controls in addition to simple safety relays.

BERNSTEIN offers the user coordinated coded magnetic switches and corresponding actuators. With suitable evaluation (e.g. BERNSTEIN MÜZ), the sensor fulfils the requirements of DIN EN 60947-5-3 and is therefore suitable for safety-related monitoring of doors, Protective guards and flaps in accordance with DIN EN 14119 and DIN EN 13849. — Manipulation protection through coding (multicode) — Redundancy through NC and NO contacts — Cannot be operated with conventional magnets — Cable versions in 3m, 6m and 9m or plug version — Sturdy plastic enclosure

The DAIL fulfils the requirements of EN 1114-1 for overpressure protection of extrusion lines and offers maximum comfort of operation. The auto-zero function enables calibration directly on the device or from the observation point/controller. On the output side, the melt pressure transmitter provides a switch output in addition to the analog signal which enables switching off the machine in case of overpressure according to EN 13849-1, PL=c.
