The "Quattro" information board functions as a transparent and stable partition wall. The interaction of the aluminium frame in silver anodised and the transparent acrylic panel offers a simple exterior. At the same time, the board can provide a high-quality separation between customers, patients, employees and areas. A partition wall is a practical article to provide protection spontaneously and depending on the situation. Due to its low weight, the article shown is easy to move and mobile. Long queues, disordered areas or new hygiene regulations require the use of a separation or tracking system. High stability is guaranteed by two flat round base plates with a diameter of 400mm each. The light and anodised aluminium profile is placed on them. An acrylic sheet is held in the profile by a rubber in the frame. The transparent sheet ensures that the area of application is not optically reduced despite the use of a partition wall.

The carrying frame prevents belt misalignment and guarantees protection of the belt edges. As the carrying frames only function efficiently when the drum casing is clean, they are equipped and delivered with dirt repellent 60° shore soft rubber. Our carrying frames can be used with both normal and reversing conveyor belts. Mode of operation When the conveyor belt is running straight, the axle through the roller casing forms an angle of 90° to the direction of movement of the belt. When the belt drifts, the roller casing moves, due to the dead weight of the belt, so that a forward motion occurs which brings the belt back to its normal position. The roller casing returns to its normal position as soon as the corrective procedure is completed. The mechanics of the movement are rendered possible due to a complex ball joint in the centre of the roller as well as the position of the axle in relation to the conveyor belt being less than 90°.

The top side of the pressure pot works as a filling sinkhole, automatic filling valve, closable inspection plate, blast media volume adjustment-unit, Pipes R 1 ¼”, Pressured-air stop valve, Pressured-air entry-coupling, air-taking device for protective hood, tank coupling R 1 ¼” to connect blast hose.
