Radial Damping, Long Version Energy capacity 7.2 Nm/cycle Stroke max. 17 mm Especially for applications with long and soft deceleration: The radial tube dampers TR-L from the ACE TUBUS-Series are maintenance-free, ready-to-install elements made of co-polyester elastomer. Their radial load offers designers a very long and soft deceleration with a progressive reduction in energy at the end of the stroke. The TR-L-Series has been specially developed for a maximum stroke with a minimum height and a range of 7.2 Nm to 10,780 Nm. The absorption capacity is dependent on the length of the selected tube damper. These models are available in sizes between Ø 29 mm and Ø 188 mm.

Open wire heating elements are the best solution for air heating when used in fans. Because of our longlasting experience in this field, we can offer you a series construction in most cases. To use our open wire or coil heating elements in air, the installation of a cut-out is necessary (heat accumulation). The connection is done by a plug at the element (Faston 4,8 or 6,3) or by a cord set. The TVF 1200 heavy duty radial fan is designed to deliver outstanding air circulation over considerably long distances. The fans can convey large volumes of air up to a maximum 54,000 m³/h. It is geared to handle exceptionally high air pressures of 45,000 m³/h (2,150 Pa). The fans are equipped with the ability to discharge air with impressive velocities of 38 m/s (136.8 km/h). They can be set at unlimited variations in configuration, assisted by a frequency controller. The TVF 1200 can withstand air temperatures of 80°C and can operate efficiently at ambient temperatures of -20 °C to 40 °C. They require voltage input of 400 V at 50 Hz (65 A) and maximum power supply of 37 kW.

KIS needle roller bearings are ideal for applications that require space-saving rolling bearings with high load carrying capacity. We offer needle roller bearings in both radial and axial designs as well as in combined designs. In bearing technology, cylindrical rolling elements are referred to as needles if the rolling element diameter is ≦ 6 mm and the ratio of rolling element diameter to rolling element length gives a value Dw/lw ＜ 1:3. Radial needle roller bearings are intended exclusively for use as non-locating bearings. The given axial displacement path for bearings with an inner ring allows axial movements between the shaft and the housing. If necessary, wider inner rings are available to allow larger axial displacement paths. Our combined needle bearings are characterised by particularly high precision and efficiency. By integrating both bearings into one unit, combined needle roller bearings are often easier to press in and easier to handle than individual solutions.
