In many areas of mechanical engineering, electromechanical drives are replacing hydraulic units in order to avoid the risk of oil leaking into water or the danger to people from burning liquids. Our electric lifting cylinders have been specially developed for use in hydraulic steel construction. They are suitable as drives for contactors and bridge actuation, as well as for lock gates and barrages. With our modular system, various designs such as trapezoidal, ball or planetary roller screw drive can be realized. Limit switches for permanent travel or load measurement can be integrated. The drive systems are equipped with environmentally friendly, biodegradable fat filled to meet the strict environmental requirements. Path measurement can be solved with various sensors. The inductive linear position sensors operate contactless and wear-free according to a revolutionary measuring principle. The position is not detected via a positioning magnet but via an oscillating RLC circuit. The product portfolio comprises magnetostrictive linear position sensors for position tracking in hydraulic cylinders or encoders for the tracking of floats as well as draw-wire sensors. Over a length of up to 40 meters, path information is transmitted in a highly precise and dynamic manner to the higher-level controller via digital and analog interfaces.

Magnetic field sensors are used in particular for contactless detection of the piston position in pneumatic cylinders. Using a patented operating principle, our magnetic field sensors detect permanent magnets of different strength attached to the piston in all common cylinders error-free. The sensors operate wear-free, are short-circuit proof, rugged and IP67 rated. We also offer solutions for use in welding or hazardous areas as well as for analog queries.

The MBS hydraulic cylinder MZR-1008 is designed as a discharge cylinder of direct support systems on mobile devices, such as Cranes have been constructed. The integrated position measuring system enables the exact position of the support cylinder to be detected. This is hydraulically fixed in connection with the piped double check valve. The cylinder connection is via plain bearing bushes. There are connecting bores for pipe fittings according to BSPP ISO1179-2 in the valve block. Hub and piston rod overhang are variably selectable. With the exception of the piston rod, all surfaces are protected against corrosion with a black primer. On request alternative surface treatments are possible. The surface of the piston rod is hard chromed, ground and polished. The cylinders are suitable for hydraulic fluids of types H, HL and HLP according to DIN 51524/51525. All models are characterised by high energy absorption and they also unite the piston tube technology with the diaphragm seal perfected by ACE. This enables direct installation as end position damping in pneumatic cylinders at 5 to 7 bar or applications where deceleration needs to take placed close to the pivot point. They are maintenance-free, have an integrated positive stop and are mountable in any position. The option of a side load adapter allows impact angles of up to 25°. Thanks to their robust design and their durability, these miniature shock absorbers can be used for a wide range of applications. Designers mainly use them for pick and place systems, pneumatic rotary modules and in automation applications.

Other frequencies can be used but may involve changes of output values.
