Novelis’ fracture-proof, seamless aluminum bottles offer needed protection when transporting and storing sensitive and critical goods. Novelis produces aluminum bottles for a range of applications — from commercial use to United Nations-approved packaging — in several coating configurations and sizes with fill capacities ranging from 38 ml to 6250 ml. These bottles include rolled thread for screw stoppers, tamper-proof seal and screw closure, plastic screw closure and locking ring, plastic threaded ring for pilfer-proof closure and flex-spout closure system.

Our WindSign "Seal" is designed for permanent outdoor use. The folding technique of the frames guarantees a quick change of the posters. A circumferential sealing rubber mounted on the rear walls prevents water from entering. The rear walls are also made of weather-resistant polystyrene. This product is made of high-grade polycarbonate or ABS and are typically designed for enclosing electrical and electronic components and even complete small-scale controllers. The BERNSTEIN Series CT plastic enclosers all comes with a transparent polycarbonate cover and follows protection class IP 65 of DIN EN 60529. Also provided are attachment bosses on the enclosures' base to built-in components mounting. Components can be easily secured using self-tapping mounting screws. These plastic enclosures allows various direct mounting options because attachment bosses' location and installation of mounting rails is possible. The BERNSTEIN Series CT enclosures are manufactured with the BERNSTEIN developed and patented quick-release fastener.

For 90° cable entries and safe outlets from switchgear cabinets PFLITSCH UNI elbow solutions enable cables to be taken safely around corners up to 90°. These cable glands have an angled cable gland body made from die-cast zinc or PA plastic. Elbow cable glands achieve the same technical values as the UNI Dicht® standard models. The variants with a rotating coupling can direct the component leg in any direction 360° around the attached leg in order to achieve the best cable entry. PFLITSCH makes these as standard products in sizes M16 to M40 and Pg 9 to Pg 36. To feed cables at an angle into/out of switchgear cabinets or machine housings, PFLITSCH produces various short and long flanged elbows in die-cast zinc and PA plastic. They are screwed tightly on to the housing and can accept – depending on the version – cable glands in sizes M16 to M63 and Pg 9 to Pg 48. An inserted o-ring securely seals the flange to the housing.

For compounding and reactive process, JSW propose “TEX-αⅢ” series. TEX-αⅢ has the world’s highest level torque (Td = 18.2 Nm/cm3) with deeper Do/Di ratio (1.57). The highest torque of TEX-αⅢ makes it possible to operate the extruder with lower screw speed comparing with the existing extruder. As a result, TEX-αⅢ can realize the lower energy consumption and lower discharge temperature. TEX-αⅢ has 9 line-up from TEX25αⅢ(screw dia. 26.5 mm) to TEX120αⅢ (129.5 mm). For the isolation process after polymerization, we provide devolatilization extruder which has multi vacuum vent ports in order to remove residual solvent and/or monomer in the material polymers. JSW also provides the mechanical dewatering twin screw extruder for plastics, rubber and elastomer.
