For different, individual heating applications like reactors with highly specific heating capacities, for containers, diffusers, seal flaps, aluminium heating plates/blocks, inner tubular heating, foundation heating of cold tanks.

For costumers from the steel industry, power plant construction, the chemical industry as well as other industries we manufacture specific pipelines in all sizes and fittings based upon isometric projections or customers´ measurements.

BEULCO gate valves enable safe shut-off of parts of the pipeline network or a system. The slides are designed so that spindle overruns and spindle breaks are not possible. The gate valve is equipped with connectors on both sides. The BEULCONNECT connector is designed to clamp the pipe with a material-saving plug-in technology. The connector is lifelong sealed and guarantees the installer a trouble-free and stress-free installation even under difficult installation conditions. The connector guarantees special security: The tube only has to be plugged in - a check, whether z. B. a pressure nut is properly tightened, is eliminated.

Swept outlet similar to ANSI B 16.19 / ANSI B 36.10 Swept outlets in pipeline construction A swept outlet is used in pipeline construction just like a welding outlet, a socket welded outlet or a threaded outlet for a 90 ° branch. A swept outlet is an alternative to the T-piece / red. In comparison to the T-piece / Red.Tee, the installation effort for a swept outlet is lower because only one hole has to be drilled into a pipe. The swept outlet can then be welded into this hole. A swept outlet differs from a welding outlet in the type of welding. While a welding outlet is only placed on the run pipe and then welded, a swept outlet is welded directly into the run pipe. Ideal stress distribution Swept outlets were developed in order to achieve the best possible stress distribution for internal pressure and pipe forces. Due to the favorable voltage level, swept outlets are often used in highly stressed pipes in the oil and gas industry.

K25000-3G high-pressure triplex plunger pump for 24/7 operation, pipeline tensioning and leak testing of tanks and various pipelines. The K25000-3G is used internationally hundreds of times as a high-pressure pump in hydraulic face construction. With a power of 250 kW, a gearbox with forced lubrication and an optional oil cooler, the pump is perfectly suited to the demands of 24/7 mining operations. Safety Relief Valves / Blow-Off Valves WITT safety relief valves (blow-off valves) protect against overpressure by venting excess gases from pipelines, gas receivers and other equipment. The spring-loaded, direct-acting safety relief valves (blow-off valves) are suitable for individual opening pressures from 5 mbar to 45 bar (approx. 0.07 to 1 435 psi). The compact size allows easy installation in any orientation. A dust cap protects the safety relief valves (blow-off valves) against dirt. WITT safety relief valves (blow-off valves) are available in brass or stainless steel, as a ventable version, and with or without condensation outlet.
