The MBS hydraulic cylinders of the MZR-1002 series are direct support cylinders for vehicle construction. A robust cylinder connection is made possible by welding blocks. The support plates are ± 15 ° swivel. The cylinder connections have threaded holes for pipe connections according to BSPP ISO 1179-2. Hub and piston rod overhang are variably selectable. Control of the cylinders is possible on both sides via integrated hydraulically operated check valves in plate construction. MBS hydraulic cylinders of the MZR-1006 series are block-type differential cylinders for use in mold, tool and jig construction. The MBS hydraulic cylinders of the MZR-1007 series are synchronized cylinders with pivot pins for robust, high-frequency use in general mechanical engineering. The cylinder is connected via a pivot pin ring, which can be variably screwed to the cylinder tube, and a threaded neck on the piston rod, which is designed for rod ends according to DIN24338 / ISO6982. The spring characteristic is freely selectable according to customer specifications. Also hub and piston rod protrusion are variable. The cylinder connection takes place via a head flange attachment and a threaded attachment on the piston rod. Immersion Pumps are plain centrifugal pumps with the impeller fitted on the driving shaft extension. They are mounted on top of the container, the pump extension being immersed in the coolant. Cutter Pumps The cutter pumps of the series SPC are desinged to handle and reliably cut long, stringy plastic chips. Because of the higher number of cutting blades which results in an increased cutting frequency all chips are being consistenly cut in small pieces. Cutter Pumps The cutter pumps of the series SFC are capable of cutting aluminium chips and similar materials and pumping of these materials along with the coolant fluid. An agitator located at the pump suction helps to break up and separate any large bundles of chips or birds nests which reach the pump suction. The specially made cutting unit (>60HRC) is cuting chips and the above located semi-open impeller allows with its large clearances to pump the particles along with the coolant fluid from the machine back to the filter. The SFC pumps are capable of handling chip to coolant ratios of up to 1.5% by weight. Force-of-gravity separators, which are used as pre-filters or for the separation of large quantities of dust and swarf. Cyclone separator Cyclones are force-of-gravity separators. The separation principle is based on centrifugal force, which is produced by the tangential injection of the raw air. Cyclones are used as pre-filters or for the separation of large quantities of dust and swarf. The degree of separation of a cyclone is not normally sufficient to meet the usual environmental protection requirements. The cyclone exhaust air must be post-filtered in most cases. Product description A cyclone essentially consists of three parts: the intake cylinder, the cone and the immersion tube. In the intake cylinder, the raw air is brought into a circular path by means of tangential injection. Due to the taper of the subsequent cone, the speed of rotation increases sharply, so that the particles are pressed by centrifugal force against the outer wall and decelerated by friction, causing them to drop out of the air stream and fall down. The cleaned air leaves the cone in an upward direction via the central immersion tube. Cyclones are usually welded sheet steel structures. Cellular wheel sluices or, in individual cases, double-gate sluices are used for the pressureless discharge of the material. In order to increase the cyclone effect, or the degree of separation, counter-spirals with a pipe connection can be placed on top of the immersion tube. Further options are, for example, wearing devices, explosion pressure relief devices, control flaps, level monitoring devices and manufacturing in stainless steel or galvanised sheet steel.

The MIXACO discharge stations are used for dust free emptying of the product into the further processing step (e.g. dosing system into an extruder). The container is fixed in place when moved into the discharge station. Two different executions are available: Type Guide fork Type Platform Differentiated by the way of feeding the container.
