Pallet based automated car parking system RESPACE Pallet based technology The pallet based automated car parking system RESPACE is an interesting solution for creating up to 50 parking spaces. Drivers park their car on a pallet in a cabin. The cabin is the only interface between the driver and the car park. From this point everything is automatic. The door of the cabin closes and the car is transported downwards by lift. From there the car standing on the pallet is brought to a free parking space via roller conveyors. The pallet based parking system RESPACE is characterized by a very compact design. From the lift the pallets with the vehicles are moved directly to adjacent parking spaces. Car parking and removal follows according the puzzle principle. The car park has 60 parking spaces and is used as a hotel car parking, but also available to the public.

The SB3 pallet box is available with either closed or perforated walls and bottom and a choice between three runners or nine feet. The exceptionally stable runner or foot connection ensures extreme resistance and the runner version in particular offers secure lift-tilt emptying by a rotating forklift. Additional ribs on the outer walls of the large load carrier provide increased impact protection against forklift tines. The overall seamless construction and the smooth inner surfaces of the SB3 pallet box enable easy emptying and cleaning as well as good drying properties. Stacking shoulders in the upper and lower edge make the container compatible with a large number of other pallet boxes (Euro stacking system). With the FFS 23 (coordinate filling system), FRICKE presents another innovation that sets new standards Designed in a robust stainless steel construction and prepared for automatic bunghole detection, this system guarantees not only accurate, calibratable filling but above all: high efficiency. Because, whilst in the case of conventional machines the container is guided to the valve, the FFS 21 (coordinate filling system PK) does exactly the opposite! his means an immense time saving, especially for pallet filling of different containers. The relatively light valves move at an enormous speed and are easy and fast to clean due to only three components which have direct contact with the material. Thus, changeover times are reduced to a minimum. The palletizing robot system PARO® has a modular structure. This is how the palletizing room can be optimally adapted to the palletizing task – even afterwards. The spectrum ranges from standard single place cells which are not bigger than the pallet itself, to palletizing systems with twelve or more palletizing stations. All of this is easily determined by a correspondingly long horizontal axis. The palletizing robot PARO® is a four-axis robot whose axis have a special guide system: Profiled, teflon coated Vulkollanrollers run on polished stainless steel tubes. This system has proven itself to be robust and maintenance free. With this simple system technology a lot of industrial handling processes are economically automated in different performance areas. The PARO® is durable and also suitable for the use in extreme enviroments. All in all the robot offers a good price-performance ratio.
