We manufacture customer-specific molded parts made of rubber, silicone and elastomer composite parts in small and large series production according to your sample or drawing. Molded rubber parts are generally characterized by their good formability, chemical resistance, pressure and abrasion resistance and good electrical properties. We advise you in detail on the selection of the suitable material, with a view to the functional description, temperature resistance, chemical requirements, weather influences and resilience. Our molded parts are used in all industries, such as the automotive industry, medical technology, mechanical engineering and electronics industry. We offer customized parts: Protective covers for input devices, Rubber seals and rings, Grommets, flanges, bellows, Form Tubes, Rubber damper, PU molded parts (e.g. wheels and rollers) Combined rubber-metal parts / rubber-plastic parts, etc.

Our PEKI mechanical brass valve series has been manufactured for decades from high-quality hot-pressed parts and precision turned parts, which are assembled with modern plastic injection-molded parts and sealing elements made in Germany. The PEKI is a proven construction which has been tested millions of times. It has been further developed and is now available for the every first time completely in stainless steel / V2A. Many liquids are easily and safely regulated with the PEKI series via its mechanical level control.

Glass surfaces are extremely smooth and meet high hygiene requirements. They are more resistant than plastic and have a high temperature, as well as high chemical resistance. In addition, glass decors ensure a design-oriented and high-quality finish. We offer molded glass parts for a variety of industrial and electronic applications. These include, for example, cover glasses and decor glasses for electronic products and protective glasses for displays. The glasses are usually made of float glass or white glass and thermally hardened ESG glass. The strength is from 0.55 to 19.0mm. For applications in the field of display protection, we also offer ultra-thin chemically hardened front glasses (0.3 – 8.0 mm). Other types of glass include borosilicate glass, quartz glass, magic mirror glass and touch panel glass.

The APG-process by HÜBERS permits short cycle times thanks to rapid gelation and demoulding with automatic opening and closing of the mould. During the gelling process, fresh material is supplied continuously to the mould under pressure in order to prevent cracks and voids and to compensate for the shrinkage of the material. The mould is held together by the clamping machine. The degassed material is injected into the APG mould directly from the static mixer. Shrinkage compensation is carried out by the HÜBERS metering pumps. One central mixing and metering system can serve several clamping machines. In this case each clamping machine has its own static mixer positioned directly in front of the mould and also has its own shrinkage compensation unit to maintain the pressure. The system is supplied via a ring line which requires no maintenance and is free of sedimentation. In principle the length of this line is insignificant.

The casting lines comprise formulation, preparation, mixing, metering and casting of the parts. Also included is a pre-heating zone for the parts resp. molds prior to the casting devices as well as gelling and curing ovens systems. Fully automatic flow of the parts/workpieces through the entire process, from pre-heating to curing.

Production of elastic and plastic components for all industrial sectors up to racing technology. No matter if single piece - sample production - small series - large series or the production of prototypes. Almost EVERYTHING is possible - and this means from the smallest miniature component (Ø 1 mm) up to large parts (currently Ø 2500 mm).
