Sometimes, the load rests upon the shank of the fork during transport. In these cases, transported goods and the fork shank must be protected from damage. secutex forkshank protection is designed for careful load transportation. Damage to the goods during transport should be prevented. The forkshank can be fastened with a steel belt to the back of the fork and can be easily exchanged.

Selection of the screws We recommend screw sizes up to a maximum of 6mm, any larger dimension does not provide additional strength in combination with the castin perforated plate. As screws we recommend hexagon socket screws with low head according to DIN 7984 or DIN 6912. If the forklift is driven on public roads without load, then the use of a warning bar is prescribed according to StVZO.
