One or several TWS take over products or complete load carriers such as pallets in the high-bay shelf storage area. The TRAPO Warehouse Lift (TWL) receives a TWS in order to store and retrieve in the storage lanes via a rail system at different levels. The TWS covers three metres per second at an acceleration rate of 1.5m/s² and completes the cycle of driving out, gripping and driving in in a maximum of three seconds.

Between the shelves of the high-bay storage are corridors in which the TWS function. They are controlled through the lane with the assistance of the TWL in order to load and retrieve products or load carriers at different levels. A combination which, through automation, utilizes maximum storage capacity, sustainably saves costs, avoids fault sources and enables an efficient working method.

The TTS Series presents itself as highly flexible: TTS approaches conveyor lines and takes over individual loads or loads on load carriers, for example pallets. The particular advantage: TTS are flexibly adaptable to production processes. The variants and superstructures are geared to individual customer requirements: TTS are complemented by lift function, conveying systems or robot. Overall dimensions, energy transfer- and storage as well as drive and navigation can, on demand, be combined as desired.

Special Reels are a longtime part of the GSW lineup Our Horizontal Reels (also called “Pallet Decoilers”) for instance, are helping to unwind lying coiled materials. They are best suited for thin strip which often is loaded together with the carrier pallet. GSW Tilting Reels make sense where normal coil loading is difficult or the materials don’t allow that process. Instead, the coil is loaded horizontally and uncoiled vertically afterwards. Paper Winders help to safely process paper interleaf or film coatings innovative expansion and clamping units help for quick and simple handling. The SB3 pallet box is available with either closed or perforated walls and bottom and a choice between three runners or nine feet. The exceptionally stable runner or foot connection ensures extreme resistance and the runner version in particular offers secure lift-tilt emptying by a rotating forklift. Additional ribs on the outer walls of the large load carrier provide increased impact protection against forklift tines. The overall seamless construction and the smooth inner surfaces of the SB3 pallet box enable easy emptying and cleaning as well as good drying properties. Stacking shoulders in the upper and lower edge make the container compatible with a large number of other pallet boxes (Euro stacking system). The CB1 pallet box from Craemer is one-piece injection moulded with three runners, making it highly robust. Further impact protection and resistance to forklift tines is provided by additional ribs over the entry openings of the closed exterior walls. The seamless construction and smooth interior walls of this large load carrier ensure easy emptying, simple cleaning and good drying capabilities.
