Branding irons for hot stamping in wood, leather, rubber or synthetics for inclusion in an electric branding iron device. The iron can be supplied with a controller for stepless temperature control. The secutex chain sleeve protects the chain (sandblasting) and the slinger. The protective hose is not well suited for the intensive use and transport of sharpedged parts due to the high surface pressure and the lack of reinforcement. Please note The chain hoses are designed for chains of quality class 8 that conform to standards.

The attachment chain may only be used as an attachment accessory without edge protection if a 20% reduction in load lifting capacity is taken into consideration or if the nextlargest chain thickness is used. Otherwise, a secutex SKK hinged edgeprotector must be used. A “sharp edge” exists when the edge radius is smaller than the nominal thickness of the lifting chain. Further information is available in the “sharp edge“ chapter.

Even when securing the load, the lashing material must be protected from the “sharp edge“. Highvalue loads may not be damaged by lashing chains. The secutex SKKE simple edgeprotector is simply placed onto the chain via the slit on the reverse side, making it impossible to lose. The edgeprotector is light and flexible. Due to the low deadweight and flexible textile reinforcement, the edgeprotector can be attached easily and quickly to the load. Important note The secutex SKKE simple edgeprotector is not intended for prolonged use.

To maintain constant temperature in your tank or container, we provide the appropriate heating system. The compact steam superheaters of type series PVN reach high steam temperatures even at low process pressure. Due to the compact design and control concept, they are characterised by short response times, high control precision, and high availability (existing redundancies). In many cases, our steam superheaters are designed as a "stand alone" system and provided completely assembled with all necessary safety devices and controls. The customer must only provide the process connection and the electrical connection.

The energy market called for technical solutions contributing to a mains stabilization and benefiting from the potential of favourable energy prices at the same time. The warm water boilers can be delivered in a power range from 35 kW up to 1.2 MW whereas the hot water boilers are available with a capacity of max. 10 MW. By means of parallel or series connection of several systems the power range can be extended optionally. The functional principle of warm and hot water boilers relies on the direct heating of flowing water via numerous resistance heating elements. For control purposes, they are summarized in groups which are either switched in steps or triggered infinitely variable via a thyristor power controller.
