CSN® Insulator Heaters are used in flue gas cleaning systems for preheating the insulators and as protection of the equipment against condensation and freezing during shutdown periods

High-Temperature insulating hose (HT hose) protects heat-conveying lines and prevents thermal damage to adjoining parts with a fiberglass and double-coated silicon rubber top layer. The HT hose is available as a self-contained or re-closable sleeve as well as a custom-made mat. The approximate surface temperature of the duct can be up to 500°C.

The light weight and pliability of aluminum make it easy to work with and can streamline installation. In addition to the weight advantage and ductility, aluminum provides a complete barrier to light, moisture and magnetic waves. Impermeable to all gases including oxygen, aluminum also provides superior fireproofing capabilities for both industrial and residential construction. We supply molded seals and special elastomer components made of special compounds based on ACM / AEM, NBR / HNBR and FKM / FPM for various hydraulic applications in mechanical engineering.

Traditionally, our rubber-to-metal seals are used in the engine and transmission sectors, often with the elastomer FKM / FPM.

The HISDpro - Side Drum Heater is a simple yet effective silicone insulated drum heater for the heating of barrels up to 90°C. The Silicone heating jacket is available in four standard sizes (25 / 50 / 105 / 200 liters) and can be manufactured to customer specifications as well. HISDpro heater jackets are particularly suited to melt soaps, fats, varnishes and oil-based products, or respectively reduce their viscosity. The 200-liter element can be combined with the HBD - base drum heater to reduce the heat-up time. These heater jackets are not only used on drums but also containers and any kind of glass-fibre reinforced plastics. They can be produced with any number of belts, e.g. to enable them to be clamped on to rotor blades.

TEXTALU® E is a thin wall glass fibre braid made of glass fibres with heat-reflecting aluminium coating. Its reflecting surface guarantees that the protective sleeve made of this high-performance material maintains a nearly constant interior temperature even under strongly fluctuating ambient temperatures. This non-ductile braid sleeve is ideal for protecting lines, cables and cable sets against radiation heat.

Bentley-Harris® Textalu 1202 is an insulative fiberglass sleeving with a heavy aluminum coating designed to protect components in high temperature areas. It provides superior insulation to components that must maintain stable temperatures to assure performance efficiency. Textalu 1202 is used on wire harnesses, sensor control wiring and cable assemblies in close proximity to engines and exhaust systems. Due to its elastic structure, Textalu 1202 conforms well to the variable profiles of the components it protects. Its braided construction allows good flexibility in temperatures as low as -50°C. The infra-red emissivity rating of Textalu 1202 heavy aluminum coating, combined with its fiberglass braid, ensures temperature stability inside the Textalu sleeving despite frequent external temperature fluctuations due to radiant heat.

The HSHP – Drum Heater (220 °C) is suitable for steel drums (and with restrictions also for plastic drums). The outer material is a Teflon which is released for contact with food. The material possesses high levels of chemical and acid resistance. However, products such as waxes, soaps and materials with high water content can be heated excellently as well. The drum heating jacket is lightweight, robust and free of silicone. The excellent thermal transfer properties due to the perfect fit result in homogenous temperatures. Our silicone-free high-temperature drum heater is available in the standard size of 200 liters but can also be made to customer specification.

The HTSD-High Temperature Drum Heater is our high temperature drum heater (220 °C) and exclusively suitable for steel drums. The heating jacket is used in areas where large surfaces need heating over 90 °C. This barrel heater is available in four standard sizes (25 / 50 / 105 / 200 liters) and can be manufactured to customer specifications as well. HISD heater jackets are particularly suited to melt soaps, fats, varnishes and oil-based products, or respectively reduce their viscosity. The 200-liter element can be combined with the HBD - base drum heater to reduce the heat-up time. The heating element of the HTSD heating jackets is sewn into a fleece made of silicone-insulated fibreglass material. The insulating outer housing consists of a binder-free mat made of textile glass. The heating element is therefore double insulated (protection class II). An optimal contact with the barrel, as well as a quick assembly and dismantling are achieved by the use of quick release buckles.

The IBC/Bpro-Container Jacket Heater is an insulated heater jacket for the heating of bottle-in-a-cage containers. All four sides of the container are covered by the heater. The container heater has two separate heating circuits (top and bottom), allowing for an economical heating of half-filled containers, too. The HILC unheated insulated lid can be used in addition to shorten the heat-up time. The IBC/B heating jacket can also be combined with the IBC/A container base heater. It's a silicone heater mat that is placed below the plastic container before that is filled.

NR SILENCERAccessories for insulation drying units Admittedly, modern side channel compressors are soundproofed at the best possible rate, however still cause function-related turbine-like noises, often perceived as disruptive by residents. Our thermal management and insulation products are far from being just interim solutions. The Thermal Interface Materials (TIM) from Seifert electronic GmbH ensure optimal thermal connection between heat sinks and the components to be cooled. As electronic assemblies become increasingly compact, even a tiny gap between individual components can disrupt the necessary heat dissipation. Air pockets between the heat sink and the component being cooled hinder the optimal thermal connection. Possible consequences include temperature overload, which can lead to overheating in the worst-case scenario. Thermal management and insulation products act as connectors between the heat sink and the electronic component being cooled. CONEC offers a comprehensive range of M8x2 and M12x1 sockets for reflow soldering processes. Insulation bodies and female/male sockets are available in different positions and different codings for front panel mounting. The male sockets come with gold-plated contacts, guaranteeing minimum 100 mating cycles. Options are installation heights of 6 mm, 10 mm, 9 mm and 13 mm and versions with or without shielding. The ContiTherm is the optimally suited for the production of wood-based insulation material, the wood bres being preferably resinated with PMDI or thermoplastic melts. A steam/air mix is conveyed through the bre mat. During this process, the steam condenses at the bres or particles, heating them up. At the same time the gap between the upper and the lower hot platens is precisely maintained.
