The programmable gateways of the BL20 (IP20) and BL67 (IP67) I/O systems can be used as autonomous PLCs for control tasks or as network devices for fast signal preprocessing in the periphery. For this, the gateways have a fieldbus interface for PROFINET, Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP™ or PROFIBUS-DP; in addition the gateways support standard Ethernet and serial communication. The extension modules communicate via the internal module bus with the gateway and can be configured independently of the fieldbus protocol.

For the operation, programming and commissioning of the HMI controls and programmable gateways, we offer a selection of different accessories. These include memory cards and programming or service cables in a variety of versions. In addition to standard USB cables and extensions, also an active USB extension is available to bridge larger distances.

The TBEN-PLC is a robust and compact IP67 control for cabinet-free automation concepts. With the modern CODESYS 3 programming environment object-oriented programming in the following IEC 61131 languages is possible:​​Instruction List, Ladder Diagram, Function Block Diagram, Sequential Function Chart and Structured Text. In addition to the 8 universal digital I/O channels the PLC supports various Ethernet and fieldbus protocols as master and slave. These include PROFINET, EtherNet/IP™, Modbus TCP, CANopen, SAE J1939 and Modbus RTU.

The HMI controls of the TX500 product series have high-quality displays with brilliant graphics, resistive touch, and a modern processor. They are ideal for use in small to medium-sized machines, whose processes must be controlled, operated, and observed locally. The CODESYS 3 control of the TX500 has the functions PROFINET controller, EtherNet/IP™ and Modbus TCP as well as Modbus RTU Master. When used with Modbus protocols, the HMIs can also be operated as slaves. For visualization the CODESYS 3 target is used.

CAN (Controller Area Network) is a network concept that has been developed for the automotive industry originally. Today, CAN is especially used in networking industrial control systems, sensors and actuators based on the field bus technology. In our CAN-bus training you will learn about the physical properties of a CAN-bus system as well as protocol structure. Neodymium block magnet, also known as rectangular magnet, square magnet or bar magnet, compared with disc magnet, block magnet is not as commonly used as disc magnet, but their straight line and clean edge offer a pleasing and different visual appearance, what's more, it provides a bigger surface area than disc magnet of same diameter. Block magnet is usually magnetized with north and south pole on opposite square faces, also a multi poles magnetized block is possible with a new magnetizer machine. Block magnet is widely favoured for clamping applications, magnetic sweeper applications, magnetic separators in the food industry, wind turbine generators, flow control systems & water conditioning application and other related industrial applications.

Traceable calibration of testing machines and instruments is essential for industrial quality control. Calibration certificates are a compelling proof of test equipment inspection for the standards DIN EN ISO 9000ff and DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025. The time intervals for the calibration will depend on the applicable standard, but should normally not exceed 12 months. Attention should also be paid to the rules for local changes or repairs. The MX350L is an M-Series industrial robot manufactured by Kawasaki. It has a payload of 350kg, a horizontal reach of 3,018mm, a vertical reach of 3,502mm, a repeatability of ±0.5mm, a weight of 2,800kg, a maximum linear speed of 2,000mm/s, and an integrated E44 controller. The industrial robot can be used in different applications including machine tending and material handling.
